ucityfalcon Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 I thought Vikings fans had a bit more class than what I'm seeing. I've seen about 2 Vikes fans with sensible, educated posts. Other than that , we've been flooded with s*&^-talkers. The Vikes are a formidable opponent. We know that from the last time we played them, and anybody who knows football knows that they are still such. Yes, the Falcons have had a dismal history, but please realize that the Vikes azzes can be kicked on Sunday just like ours. We BOTH have good teams. I won't speak to the entire Vikes fan base because I know most are of goood character, but for the idiotic few who choose to come to our boards and proclaim premature victory, we have plenty of wing sauce to serve on your f*&^%$#@ crow if we emerge victorious. Your right, we do have a sensible fan base that is pretty knowledgeable of the game, although, we have rubes just like anyone else that drink the juice to the point where, whatever the Vikings say is best. Anyways, I think it's kinda fun to rib each other, just like alot of the other guys that came here, we are a passionate group, so have fun with it, and it will be fun! TonyGonzotim2 Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 lol the vikes are feelin good because for once since 1998 they have gotten past the bears and the packers. who from my point of view both suck anyway. then they have anger from the last 2 times we were in the dome and we beat them so they hate the falcons, we take away their hope and dreams every time we go up there. this time will be no different. they live in minny they have winter all year round and pretty much live in igloos so they are grouchy. Not the first time since '98. You guys aren't the only team to beat us in the NFC Championship game in the last ten years you know...But yeah.. First time in a long time. You can't say that the Vikes and Falcons have a rivalry really, but the 98 game did create some history, so yah, it's fun to play you guys more than some of the other teams in the league.
