Is it usually for a team to go to an opponents home 2 years in a row?

It's strange, but it's just the way the schedule works. The Falcons played Minnesota last year because they finished in the same spot the year before (No. 2 NFC South will play the No. 2 in the NFC North, East, West, etc.). That's done on a rotating, home-away schedule. This year the Falcons play the entire NFC North, which is also rotating home-away. So, next time the Falcons play the entire NFC North the Vikings will come here.

Ah..... so the schedule is pretty much 6 division games, 4 games from a single division in the NFC, 4 games from a single division in the AFC, and then the same rank from the other two NFC divisions? I didn't know that, but am now glad I do :)
