NFC:

East Champs: NYG [15-1] [best team in the league, but Plaxico is still hovering]

North Champs: MIN [8-8] [Talk about just squeezing by]

West Champs: ARI [10-6] [L @ NE doesn't stop them from winning weak *** west]

South Champs: ATL [12-4] [Wins over Tampa Bay and New Orleans in weeks 14&15 slingshot them to the 2 seed]

Wildcard 1: TBB [11-5] [Losses to Atlanta and against San Diego kill their divisional lead]

Wildcard 2: WAS [10-6] [One loss to Baltimore pits them higher than the 9-7 Cowboys]

Almost made it: CAR [9-7] [0 Wins in last 4 games kill their season, momentum, and any hopes at next year]

WC Round:

TB 28-17 MIN [Tampa proves to be the better team, as their record indicates]

ARI 38-28 WAS [Old fashioned shootout ends with a Jason Campbell interception]

Divisional Round:

TB 3-35 ATL [b!tches]

ARI 27-13 NYG [Arizona's defense steps up and completely stuffs the run, Plaxico's sentencing begins the day before this, and the Giants don't stand a chance.]

Conference Championship

ATL 31-30 ARI [Very close game ends with a game-winning drive as Matt Ryan connects with Roddy White for a 67 yard TD with less than 30 seconds remaining on the clock.]

AFC:

East: NYJ [12-4] [0 losses in last 4 games of the season give them huge momentum going into the playoffs.]

North: PIT [13-3] [see: NYJ]

West: DEN [9-7] [Week 17 L to San Diego kind of killed their winning streak & momentum]

South: TEN [14-2] [only loss coming to PIT in week 16.]

Wildcard 1: IND [11-5] [Loss against TEN in week 17 hurts, but both teams were resting their starters because the game made no difference.]

Wildcard 2: BAL [10-6] [Only losses coming to PIT and WAS]

Wildcard Round:

NYJ 34-9 BAL

IND 35-34 DEN [DEN has a chance to win, but Matt Prater misses a 27 yd GW FG, and gets released before the stroke of midnight that day]

Divisional Round:

IND 15-14 TEN [Field goal fiesta for IND ends with NE-esque Vinatieri GW FG]

NYJ 28-24 PIT [ben shows his bad side in a close-but-not-really-close-if-you-actually-saw-the-game kind of loss]

Conference Championship:

NYJ 13-27 IND [Colts pick on rookie Lowery, Brett can't get into a rhythm]

Super Bowl:

IND 17-38 ATL [Falcons get out to an early 17-0 lead and never look back]
