bossFALCON™
Got it from j.mike's blog.Tackle Sam Baker, who underwent back surgery prior to the team's trip to Oakland, is progressing through his rehabilitation."He was out last week and we anticipate for him to get more and more involved in the practices this week as well."Smith said Baker is doing more work in the training room and on the field but that it "would be a little bit optimistic to think he's going to be ready to go (against the Chargers)." ucityfalcon
We're doing OK now without him. I'd save him for the later games against the Bucs, Saints, or Vikes.
1989Fan
yeah, the Chargers D is horrible. save him and get him ready for Tampa Bay. We can handle the SD defense w/o him.

Matt Ryan #2
ya we deffinately need him against TB. When he started Turner had 4 of 1st 5gms over 100yds and since Bakers injury he has lost the rushing title and has only had 2 gms of rushing over 100yds. 'defect
yeah, the Chargers D is horrible. save him and get him ready for Tampa Bay. We can handle the SD defense w/o him.Agree. The Chargers pass rush and just their defense in general is sub-par. We can handle them without Sam. Let him keep recovering, and if we win against SD then try to get him back to 100% ASAP, with him on the team we're more likely to make it to the playoffs.
