dirtybird3245
Why do we hate the players and coaches that bring us success? Why do we call for a proven coach to get fired in favor of someone else who has no head coaching experience?I hate fans so much

Remarkable
They had injuries to Arenas and Haywood, I don't know why they would fire him.Because even if they were healthy they'd be one and done in the playoffs.

Remarkable
Making the playoffs in the East should be a given for any respectable team. Especially the last few years.

dirtybird3245
You do realize that you're a Washington Wizards fan, right? At least the Bullets have a championship since moving to DCHawks havent won a title since they were in St LouisAnd have the Hawks EVER put together 4 consecutive playoff seasons? It's amazing what ONE playoff appearance (with a 37-45 record no less) and some unwarranted hype will do to a fan's ego.

Both franchises have 1 championship. And if you knew any history at all you would know about a guy named Dominique Wilkins and his Hawk teams. Wizards are one franchise the Hawks can talk **** on. It's stupid for you to talk down to Hawks fans like the Wizards are the Celtics. You should stop taking this stuff so serious.I never said the Wizards are the CelticsBut Hawk fans dont have the right to talk **** to NOBODY, not even usAnd we may be equal in NBA titles (1) and conference titles (4), but the Hawks were founded about 15 years before the "Bullets" (actually the Chicago Packers). Moreover, our conference titles were all in the 70s. Hawks conference titles were all in the late 50s, early 60s. Needless to say, basketball was much more relevant and much more competitive in the 1970s. In fact, since the "Bullets" (Chicago Packers all the way up to the current Washington Wizards) were founded, the Hawks have not won a single conference championship.Add to that the fact that the Wizards have been to the playoffs in four consecutive seasons in spite of serious injuries to key players. Hawks have had nothing parallel to that since the days of Dominique Wilkins. Ultimately, I think you need to compare two teams on the basis of "how good were they in their respective primes?" The Bullets' prime was the days of Wes Unseld, Elvin Hayes, Earl Monroe, etc. (maybe you could include Moses in that mix, although he spent the prime of his career in Philly). They won a NBA championship and a few conference titles. The Hawks peaked in the 80s, with Nique. Yet they didnt win even a conference championship. We're better. Not by much, but we're better. Mr. Offseason
the chicago bulls >>>>>and dirtybird3245 you better not bring up our loss to you in round of of the playoffs a few years back. thats still a sore spot. hey remarkable, can we borrow horford for like... 10 years? i promise well give him back when were done. meanwhile you can have joakim noah. if you ask him to shoot he can put side spin on the ball to make sure he misses free-throws, and if youre playing shaq youll have 6 free fouls for the hack-a-shaq with this aspiring stud. not to mention he occasionally gets his disgusting hair out of his face and plays defense, that is when his butt ugly face doesnt scare away the opposition (but teams are preparing for it now, scaring their players before the game. theyve taken away his last competitive advantage. now all he has is his mouth to complain and talk sh*t to the refs. hes rasheed wallace without a jump shot or talent).im sure you guys wont notice the difference, so just sometime before thanksgiving send him on up to chicago please. thanks. if you leave a jumbo cup of vodka outside the stadium noah will find his way down, dont worry about paying for a plane ticket. he has a nose for the stuff.-Mr. OffseasonP.S. If you convince Noah to get a hair-cut while you are down there please send the guy who finally got him to crack up to chicago for a day or so until we get andres nocioni to cut his disgusting mullet. id ask him to attack drew gooden in his sleep to shave that goatee but it is too bad-*** to shave off. Remarkable
Change Noah to Rose and you got a deal! But for real, other than that Chicago game Horford has been struggling big time.
