mobpickel
pre rotoworldNFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Raiders are on the verge of releasing CB DeAngelo Hall.Stunning. The Raiders parted with a second round pick and $8 million dollars for the opportunity to play Hall for half of one season. Oakland doesn't want to risk paying $16 million in injury-guaranteed bonuses, so Hall is expected to be placed on waivers shortly. It's doubtful that any team would take on that contract, so "Big Hat, No Cattle" could end up signing with the team of his choice. I would if he played with THE TEAM, hes better than are CBs. formul8or
Honestly I think we are better off with Houston and Foxworth. They are much cheaper and about just as good.

FalconFan13
If he made it pass Waivers and would take a reasonable contract like 5 or 6 mil a year then sure i would take him back. He is still a very good CB that would help our secondary. But i wouldn't even come close to touching his raider contract. People might not want him because of their feelings how he left but i could give a crap about feelings i want to win.
Atlanta Sports Fan
This post has nothing to do with Hall. I dont even want him.Ours cbs had 1 good game against horrible Oakland.... 2-5 weeks ago everyone was crying about the secondary. This has nothing to do about Hall or signing him because i could care less. Lets see how good they do against the Aints. But our corners BLOW always did and always will. Houston is not even that good.We need to sign one in the offseason someone good.

BrasKilla
cuz i think he is a good player when he wants to be, and being released by the worst team in the NFl would probably make you want to show how good you truly are, Hall reminds me of Shaun Rodgers that when he was in Detroit he was lazy and didnt want to try but when he does want to try he is one of the best Dlineman in the NFl i think Hall wil lhave something to prove and will show he is truly good so why not let him do that hear, plus everyone is talking about how bad his attitude is and all that but if ya think about it we didnt see any of that till last season witch happens to be probably the worst season in franchise history. another example look at randy moss who played in oakland and how miserable he was the season he leaves he breaks the record for tds. BrasKilla
stop blaming that loss to the panthers last year on Hall it is a whole team effort yea he screwed up on that drive but before that he was doing fine and the whole team lost it. stop living in the past . SkySorrOW
If he would take less money, I'd welcome him back! Just know that he wont be starting until he earns a spot, probably not this year. But man, I think Hall would realize he cant talk as much as he did, and become a good player, and we'd have him for cheap. THat'd be SO awesome.Raiders are friggin idiots. FalconFan13
And wanting to win is exactly why6 we shouldn't go anywhere near Hall even if he offered to pay US.That makes no sense at all. He IS A UPGRADE to our CB's now rather you want to admit it or not. Hall likes to win theirs no doubt about it. No one can say as long as he played for us that he didn't try for us every game. He can get carried away sometimes but he does play hard. I think your emotions are getting in the way of us needing better talent at CB. Houston and Grimes sure as heck aren't cutting it. Foxworth has been ok so far but all 3 aren't even close to D-hall's level.
BrasKilla
yea Hall really wasnt a big problem till last season, before that he was doing fine. and he is better than Foxworth and Grimes, who knows about Houston, i think if Hopuston learns to look for the Ball he will be even better than he already is. Him and Hall would be a very good young CB Tandem
