unitedfalcons
I thought foxworth was one of the bright spots for this falcons defense. Anyone else agree?

Statick
I was really surprised to see Foxworth starting against the Iggles. Pleasantly surprised.I figured it was due to Grimes getting hurt, up until I saw Grimes playing special teams. We'd better keep him (Foxy) as the starter from now on. Duff_Man
Yes, and kudos to the staff for not just throwing him out there and letting him absorb the scheme for a couple of weeks. We survived OK while he learned.
dirtybirdman
Grimes needs to be #3 CB.He would be a perfect Ronde Barber-type blitz-from-the-nickel guy who can tackle in our cover 2 scheme
FalconFanForLife
Well I didn't know much about him before we signed him, but I thought he played very well yesterday. That was a very nice surprise to see.

KMarch
I was really surprised to see Foxworth starting against the Iggles. Pleasantly surprised.I figured it was due to Grimes getting hurt, up until I saw Grimes playing special teams. We'd better keep him (Foxy) as the starter from now on.The radio crew said Grimes volunteered for Special Teams, but also said he couldn't go as CB. He made some good plays on special teams, too. I agree w/ most on this, Foxworth wasn't brought here to be our nickel back, he needs to be a starting CB. Grimes size and athletic ability allow him to be a prototype nickel CB. Let's see how this develops.

DurtyBirds02
really??? wow I thought foxworth was alot taller than he is...
1989Fan
i was off a hair. Fox is listed 5'11", Grimes 5'10"5'11" is plenty of size for a CB, and the range most are in.
AUG.DURTYBIRD
Yea FOX really defended well out there. I can't really recall any big plays where actually got beat. But Coy Biermann on the other hand was almost horrible.
