falconidae
great, hard fought game, eagles are a little better than the falcons. they made the big plays, the falcons didn't. Some of that was personnel, some was experience. Both of those things will change over the next year or so.This team doesn't quit- and was a score down with 2 minutes left in the game.I was impressed by:They were down to the number 3 left tackle and still drove down the field to make it a one score game. The goal line stand by the D that kept it a game.Matt Ryan's ability to not let mistakes ruin the rest of his game- That second pick hurt, but he still had his team one score down and getting the ball back with 2 minutes left. EddieK
Tough loss, I'm sure I'll think about the "what-ifs" with the bad call(really Jennings fault), but I'm over it.We have a superstar QB growing up right before our eyes and they'll be many more good moments than moments like these. I'll just enjoy the ride.

V-Town Falcon
Yea, i agree. This team could've gave up when they were down 20-7 in da 4th Q, but they fought back. In the past, we might have just given up if we were down that late. On another note...Kudos to JA98 gettin another sack. He's improving. falconidae
I'm still proud of this team.they went up a very good team and almost won. They were down 20-7 and came back. They never quit. This team will destroy Oak with that kind of effort. And if the falcon's lines had been healthy, falcons win. With Anderson in, the eagles weren't running and McNabb was constantly pressured, when he left, the eagles were able to run their O.With Baker, they run at will at an undersized Dline and win. At least 2 of those sacks came when a man came UNBLOCKED- wouldn't happen with baker in there. There's not enough quality depth on this team yet. Tandy
I'm extremely proud to be a Falcon fan this year. I've never been one to hang my head on my team, even when other people were bashing them and cracking jokes. I wear my colors proudly and when someone said - you a Falcon fan? in that nasty little sneering way they have - I puffed up and looked 'em straight in the eye - Yes I am - So! But this year is one of those years where people go - Hey - the Falcons are surprising this year - and I just swell up with pride.I'll always be a Falcons fan - but I just think there'll be more pride than fight when encountering "outsiders" for years to come - feels good! FALCONS IN FLIGHT
Im always proud to be a Falcon Fan. The way some of us talk of this team you can tell who has the passion. We are young and learning to play together, when the puzzle is completed this team will be one of the most feared I believe. This is a very exciting team , even when trying to come back. Just imagine when we get to be in the top of the ranks of never trailing in a game. Can't wait, but have to.
falconfoozball
Bump for this thread. Shoulda, coulda, woulda, but I like that we're at least staying competetive for 4 full quarters these days.
