if we were in the NFC west

Recommended Posts

The cardinals are 4-2 and 2 games ahead of everyone for first place. The falcons are 4-2 and are in 3rd place in the division. I really think the playoff scenario needs th be changed, because we could potentially go 10-6 and miss the playoffs, while the cardinals could go 8-8 and make the playoffs. We have to play a lot stiffer competition then the cardinals, and we could have a much better recored than the cardinals, and yet we could still miss the playoffs.

It is what it is - I like our division - we have good, strong competition. If you want to be the best - you play the best. Is the NFC South the best division - I won't get into that one - but it's our division. We just have to play our Division rivals better and win some of those games. Only chance we have unless one of them really falls apart - which is not really likely.

Ten weeks of football left, and someone is worrying whether we will make a wild card spot based on our present record. If we take care of business then we will not have to worry about it, there is so much football left and so much that can still happen it is ludicrous. Falcons may drop 8 out of 10, and go 6-10 and don't deserve to be in playoffs. I really think we should only worry about this in week 15-17, if there is a need. But again, if we take care of our business we will not have to worry about it.

It really isin't ludacris!!! I'm not talking just about the falcons I'm talking about every team in the NFC. No team in the NFC west is deserving of going to the playoffs, not even the Arizona Cardinals. Thats what I'm trying to get at!! The best the cardinals are gonna do is 9-7, but hey if you guys are content with how everything is run so be it.

I like having the division rivals. If you changed the system, the divisional games wouldn't mean as much. Besides, if you can't win your division, why do you deserve to be in the playoffs? The way I see it, the wildcard spots already rewards two undeserving teams. If you changed it to just put the teams with the best records than the teams with the easiest schedules have the advantage. People would complain the NFC East are beating each other up while teams like the Cardinals are playing against the Rams, 49ers, and Seahawks in 6 games.

I know theres no way to change it and its best that it doesn't get changed. I am on the other hand saying NFC west is a joke and its sad one of those teams will make the playoffs.

The NFC East is imploding, I wouldn't be surprised if the South got both spots.

Redskins, believe it or not, may lose at the Lions. The Lions are best, which isn't that good, at home. I live near D.C. and the entire fanbase and team thinks that after one win they will go to the superbowl and after one loss they are the worst team in the league.

Even still, Redskin's get one key injury on their O-Line and things will look much different.
