Joremarid
saints have a tough road ahead. They have nine games left to play, but only 3 of those games will be at Superdome.

Ghost Rider
Yea, I just heard. I'm surprised he can have surgery tomorrow like they say he will. I tore my Meniscus in high school can my knee swelled up so bad that I had to wait 2 weeks before I could have surgery. They said I had to wait until the swelling went down. Although they said he would need surgery - it did not say that the surgery would be tomorrow. Also, did anyone see whether it was the internal or external menisci that was torn? VincentVanBro
This doesn't even really matter to me. I don't think Bush makes the saints any better except on kick returns. Their offense has to bend over backwards trying to find a way to give him a ball. The only reason he appears to be putting up decent numbers is because analysts are having to bend over backwards and talk about his "total yards". Rushing, receiving, returning, walking out of the tunnel, pacing the sidelines in tears after he gets touched by another player, etc.

FalconsFor6
Good.I wouldn't go that far as to say it's good that he's injured...I am relieved that we won't have to worry about covering him...One less headache for the defense... ki46dinah
Thats upsetting...now we will have to worry about an improved Saints offense. I posted some stats in Rival Central that show the Saints are significantly better in passing, running, and scoring when Bush is hurt. Now the Saints will play real offense instead of force feeding touches to someone who ranks 63rd in the NFL for running back YPC. Falc_Fan_Since_Six
As much as I dislike the aints and as much as I absolutely despise Reggie Bush, I'm sorry to hear that he is hurt. I don't like to see anyone get hurt even if they play for one of my most hated teams and are as much as an egotistical sorry a** as Bush is. Seriously, a 2nd overall player, and the only way he can really change the game is running one back. They are really trying to use him, he is just too short to be a WR, and has no impact as a RB. I'm more worried about his backups. Once a defensive lineman goes down, then I would like to hear about it.
