SacFalcFan
A few weeks ago we had a bunch of teams lose in the top 10.. It all started with usc's loss on Thursday night.. Well tonight we had a top 8 team lose on the road and get dominated.. Could we have another one of those weekends?
slamee101
I could say Texas might suffer from a letdown, but I don't really think Mizzou is that good anyway. Folks might think I'm crazy...but LSU and Bama need to be on alert! SC is one of the top teams in the conference defensively and while they've not figured out what they wanna do at QB they have a lot of talent at the receiver and with LSU having they're on QB issues and going on the road...the old ball coach might pull it off. He usually manages to beat 1 team folks think he's got no shot beating.I've changed my tune on Bama...good team they are but not the juggernaut they were against us. I expect them to win, but it will be close. Ole Miss has lost 3 heatbreakers this season.

Ole Miss has lost 3 heatbreakers this season.the one thing going for most of the top 5 is they are playing at home and most upsets are harder at the home of the favored team.. However i think missour is going to be pretty dang angry after that loss and could very well surprise Texas who is being told how great they and you never know.. i saw that with alabama and kentucky.. i think if ole miss beats bama that wouldn't surprise me.. i think ole miss is very strong on both sides of the line and they give bama a hard time anyways. i hope lsu wins, i don't want an angry lsu team for next week's game.. can kansas surprise oklahoma? will there be a letdown after an emotional loss to texas? Not sure.. one reason I picked msu to beat vandy last week and the same reason I picked ole miss to lose to sc.. i felt they were both teams who hadn't experienced that type of hype and big game win before and I felt the would have a let down against an inferior opponent (sc being inferior is debatable, but at that time sc still had no clue who their qb was going to be) and they did.. could baylor surprise okie state? a team who hasn't had this type of success in a while and how do they handle prosperity? I think we have a lot of teams who should be on the upset alert including the Dawgs.
Ethanga62890
Call me pessimistic but UNC could lose to UVA this weekend. While none of their wins are very credible they could pull it off.

Ethanga62890
The injuries are big for you guys which is unfortunate b/c Davis had those kids playing some ball. The way i look at it is that we are missing 2 key players in Yates and Tate. However, we have beaten Miami, ND, and UConn without Yates and beat ND without Tate. Injuries happen good teams overcome them.

The Elleby injury worries me and the Pianalto injury does as well (we already knew about Tate and Yates)

I think we have a lot of teams who should be on the upset alert including the Dawgs.Ole miss does always give us a good game. Last year was to much, with that call at the end of the game that actually won it for us, but its not the same team mentally or physically that we were last year. Im sure that having the bye week that they seen some of the games and realize what can happen if you slack off. We need to come out strong like we have all year and make ole miss play from behind, and our oline will have to play well because ole miss has a good front four in jerry oher and hardy. Saban will have em prepared just hope they can execute and come out with the win..Texas and mizzou will come down to who can score more points, we know neither brings a defense to the game..LSU is playing a good defensive team, not sure about this one. If they turn the ball over like last week then the gamecocks win..The jayhawks will have to run the ball successfully and control the clock to beat the sooners, and Ressing will have to play big. Everyone is counting the jayhawks out except the jayhawks they believe they can win, we shall see. Its # 1 (OU) and # 2 (KU) in total defense in the big 12.
