Ross McKnight
the lions tried to get demarcus ware instead, but that was quickly rejected, man the lions are gonna struggle even more this year if thats possible atleast they are trying to rebuild now
ChiTownFalconsFan
Dallas is a team ready for the superbowl. A first round pick isnt going to hurt them. They have young key players a 1st round pick doesn't guarantee a superstar like Roy Williams. I think its a smart trade for their team if Romo's not out that long. formul8or
To trade more than a 1st round pick for a player is ridiculous in my opinion. Dallas is shooting themselves in the foot for the future.
Falconsfan567
The Cowboys now have Roy Williams x2. :P And to think people actually thought we had a shot at him. The Cowboys can afford to give away all those picks. We can't because we still have many draft needs.

dF
Wow. The first good move the Lions have made since Barry Sanders was running the ball.It only took 3 weeks without Millen to start moving in the right direction.
rhourk
the lions tried to get demarcus ware instead, but that was quickly rejected, man the lions are gonna struggle even more this year if thats possible atleast they are trying to rebuild nowIt's the right call. They will be in position for a monster draft. Four day one picks and two thirds, nice. Now that Millen is gone they may even use a couple of them well. And let's face it, their season is over. Looks like Matt Stafford may be a Lion.

Joremarid
If T.O. was crying about his catches before he really is gonna be happy about this. Hopefully for the Boys willams can play CB b/c Peter King is reporting on CNNSI that Pacman will be suspended "indefinitely. He is out at least 4 games with Goddell reviewing the case in November.Secondly, Williams walks after this year.... are they going to give him the big bucks he commands? LOL @ the boys, props to the Lions.
