I'll give them mine, "I am officially sorry you lost to the Falcons today."

"I am officially sorry the OFFICIAL TIME is kept by an official on the field, the scoreboard is never the actual time"

fwiw, the Bears Fans are "trying" to get an official inquiry for the last 11 seconds", true as per their message board fans!

you guys have any, it may make the loss easier for the Boo Bear Fans who are crying tonight....

I posted this in another thread, I'll post it here too.

This whole argument by the crybaby bears fans is ridiculous. Here are some screenshots from the nfl.com highlight video that prove the play was well within 6 seconds. In addition to looking at the game clock, you can time the play just by looking at the video time at the bottom right corner.

This is the moment right before the snap. The video time reads 3:39

This is the moment of the snap, the video time has just changed to 3:40

Here Jenkins has already gone out of bounds, and is well out of bounds and the video time still reads 3:44. In fact, you can see that the game clock still reads 2 seconds, so the Falcons were actually jipped out of 1 second.

So the play started at 3:40 into the video and ended at 3:44. Even if you're generous to the Bears fans and start the play at 3:39 it's still just 5 seconds, which the last time I checked is within 6 seconds. This is irrefutable proof. Bears fans should accept defeat and move on instead of crying about a non-existant timing issue.

Here ya go:

"I'm sorry that you Bear fans are having hormonal swings this evening and can't accept the fact that you got beaten by a better team. Maybe the LPGA is more to your liking."

Dear Bears fans, on behalf of the Falcons fans all over the world, I apologize for beating you.

We all know you're the most "elite" team in the NFL and that you never lose.

I'm really sorry that the gameclock, showing 11 seconds, really needed 11 seconds to tick down to 0. Really bad things happen lately.

I'm sooo sorry.

I'm sorry for the extra seconds that ticked off after the touchdown, after Norwood was tackled on the kickoff return, and after Jenkins ran out of bounds. By my count, there should have been four seconds on the clock for the final play instead of one. The diaper pail in Chicago must be pretty full tonight after getting beat by a team that's a "lie".

I'm officially sorry that the Bears fans that frequent that particular message board are sniveling ****tards.

And I'm officially sorry that legitimate Bears fans have to be slandered by association with such idiots.

Oh, and I'm officially sorry that George Wendt isn't still doing Superfans on SNL so he can't lampoon your sorry ***es next Saturday

I read their board. Sounds like a bunch of b*&ches to me. I thought they were DA BEARS. Talkin all that ****. They got punked by a rookie QB, and a young team. Maybe they should send thank you cards to Elam for even letting their team have a chance to complain about the clock.
