Durrty
Simple question guys, should he?This guy has been impressive throughout the entire preseason. He brings more intensity to our defensive line and from what I watched, he actually gets to the quarterback a lot quicker than Anderson.I say start him in place of #98 since Lewis is out for the season. And no, I'm not trying to bash, lol...I have respect for Anderson. I'd just like to see the best line out there to make plays and I think starting Biermann would make a perfect rush from both sides of the line. NEWF
maybe in obv passing situations... but i believe the bears are gonna try and run it down our throats, so probably not the best game for him to come inlast week wouldn't of been so bad though plus anderson is getting his first sack this week
1989Fan
Anderson has more QB hurries than Beriman. Beirmann is a pure RDE, and would get eaten alive on the left side IMO.Anderson has looked a bit better, and I doubt he loses his job during the season. Davis and Beirmann arent doing any better. SLICK NICK
Well it looks like Grady will get a big lunch on Sunday when he eats all 6'2" 216lbs of Matt Forte.
bossFALCON™
im pretty sure i've seen beirmann in every single game we've played this season. he's pretty small.

xXFlashFalconXx
I hope Anderson does finally get one this Sunday. I think it'll do wonders for his confidence. I say no to Beirmann though... I like him, but I'm not going to give up on Jamal anytime soon. He'll get it together soon. He's showed signs that he's starting to pick up things last week. Statick
It's best to keep Biermann in on passing downs. Biermann is not as big as Jamaal. Even though JA98 hasn't registered a sack yet, his bulk is still alot harder for opposing defenses to move around than Biermann's.
Durrty
Wow...it's actually refreshing to see a few positive comments about JA98...
pzummo
I say we go in with a 5 man front. Anderson, Jackson, Moorehead, Babineaux, and Abraham. Anderson, Jackson, Moorehead, and Babineaux bullrush every down. We will be stronger stopping the run and we will wear down on their OL making them slower in pass protection when we send in our passrush specialists. Seriously, we should shift weight to the left side of our DL to wear down their RT and RG. If we focused some attention towards tiring out the right side of their OL, maybe we could get a better pass rush from there when we need it.For the first 5 plays of the first couple of drives send in at least 5 hosses doing a bullrush, then go back to our typical base defense for the rest of the drive (if they managed to get a first down). The offense always wears down on the DL because they always outnumber them. Try to flip the script. Basically like rotating your RB's, you pound pound pound (Turner) and then throw in a change of pace with your speed (Norwood).
dirtycanadianbird
I would Like to see Kroy Rotate in opposite Abe on passing downs.I don't know what he's at now but to start the year he was deinftaley undersized, i get the feeling he would get swallowed up on running plays. ki46dinah
Biermann has as many tackles for losses that Anderson does...
A-TowN.-
He needs to gain some weight. Next year he might be solid.
FalconFanForLife
Yeah sign me up with the folks who think Bierman is too small to start yet in the NFL. I would like to see him in on some obvious passing plays though. But I still like JA98 against the run better.
FALCONS IN FLIGHT
Anyone would be an improvement over Anderson.
michaelgee
JA98 is solid until the draft. Then we will see where it goes.I wonder if JA98 would make a TE?
michaelgee
No, save Bierman for later in the game when the other teams starts slowing down, then insert a fresh Bierman!
michaelgee
Anyone would be an improvement over Anderson.get off his jock, he just turned 22 years old. He is a KID and the coaches know it, he just started shaving fer crying out loud.He holds his own, in a year or so he will start to dominate, let him age and learn. When you were 22 how many NFL tackles could you manhandle?
