hakim24
the reason why the bucs were able to win this game was strictly turnovers. we turned the ball over twice deep into our own territory and they cashed in with 10 points..... that is EXPECTED. the other touchdown was a draw play to Dunn from 17 yards out..... never should have happened. I was disappointed that Mularky would call run, run, run, and then pass, pass pass. that Quaterback draw on that last drive was a TERRIBLE CALL.....the redzone offense was terrible as well. Ryan started moving the ball in the 2nd half but I can sense that he feels VERY uncomfortable in the pocket right now but overall despite the turnovers we were IN THIS GAME until the last few minutes. we just have to work. Mr. Purple Label
True, we gave up 10 points off of turnovers. We also (With the play calling) didn't put ourselves in the position to win. Matt Ryan recoverd well after the two INTs. Mularky not thinking about his 6'5" receiver Finneran and 6'4" Jenkins in the red zone is plain silly. Lord Sarcomere
Dont worry. You'll forget all about this when we play the Cheifs next week. You want Turner to run? You got it! You want Norwood to run? You got it! Turner and Norwood are going to destroy KC, and I expect Ryan to have a field day and pick apart KC's weak secondary. The lions have a better defense than the Cheifs. You know what that means...

Carolina, Tampa Bay, and New Orleans are all solid not to mention some other tough games on our schedule. The chiefs and Lions are not good measuring sticks for our future team
mcsupersport
The thing that gives me hope is that as the game went on, Ryan started making throws. He got better as the game progressed, and since he is a rookie, this give me hope that he is learning and becoming what he could be.

We were supposed to be THE WORST team in the NFL, so EVERY team is a measuring stick. When we beat the Chiefs, Raiders, Bears, Rams, and others, we prove that we're at least a middle pack team. With a rooikie qb and rookie head coach, middle of the pack is closer to upper echelon or elite team status.
Stryka
He has looked a little unsure to me in the past but never like today.Tampa Bay has only had a top 5 defense 3 of the last 5 years and have been top 10 six straight years. It doesnt suprise me that he had a rough day reading defense. Run the ball2. Stop the run3. Win the turnover battle4. Play good special teams5. Hit on a couple big plays
