Gimmesomo!!!
I think that touchdown catch and run last game clouded some of our minds and senses into believing he's going to have the year that Roddy had last year but unfortunately that's not the case...LAUREANT ROBINSON IS A OUR SECOND BEST RECEIVER!!! Why isn't he starting?.....Oh yeah, cause Ryan connected with Jenkins for a touchdown on his first NFL pass....get over it, Robinson's better
Striker42
Jenkins may be our 5th best WR.
Guest Gritz
I'll go you one better. Laurent Robinson clearly and easily has the best hands out of all of our WRs.
Statick
A guy sitting near me actually grabbed my shoulder and just had to know what college Robinson came from.He wasn't even concentrating on the Falcons game and he just had to know. He was highly impressed. Heck, so was I. He wants his job back.
sporkdevil
I would bet Robinson gets that job back. I think that Jenkins missed an important one, but I was a few beers deep.
atljbo
I said this while everyone was high on Jenkins last week.....Just like Jennings....1 good game does not make up for all the bad games.....its about consistency.... Laurent Robinson,Roddy White and Harry Douglas is the futureI really think that Harry Douglas,Desean Jackson, and Eddie Royal is on the same level....All three are fast, quick, and mad talented
SWIFT HITTER
i would love for this franchise to go after Roy Williams this off season
FalconMama
1 TD doesn't make me change my mind about a player. Jenkins is and will always be who I thought he was. If you drunk the Jenkins kool aid after a week, that's too bad.
FalconMama
Even if he fell out of favor with the coaching staff, Laurent Robinson is the more talented WR than Jenkins and should get his spot back.Like I say in every Jenkins love fest thread, is his contract up yet? Ric Roc
By the looks of things, his performance in the 2nd half got him his spot back. He never left the field opposite Roddy White and Douglas was brought in as the third wideout. Jenkins just got bumped down the depth chart.Maybe last week was a mirage. The TD was his only catch, albeit we didn't throw much, and today he created no separation.
Theyhateme : )
Are you attempting to trick us into thinking that you are serious with this post???
Mr. Purple Label
Keep this in mind, Robinson had a good game, and made a few good plays. IHe was actually able to get some yards after the catch. Something that I have never seen from him. Jenkins didn't have a bad game, his QB just didn't hit him. His OC didn't think of Jenkins or Finneran in the redzone. Be honest, not a headache.
Lord Sarcomere
Our whole team played an overall bad game. I'm not taking AJenkins' side or anything...but I would wait a couple more weeks before saying he's going to have another lousy season. Remember, Roddy White only put up 29 or so yards against the Vikings last year, and we all thought that he was the same 'ol Roddy White. I'm not implying that Jenkins is going to have 1,000+ yards receiving like White did, but I think that Jenkins could put up career numbers if he is the no.2 WR this year. But hey, I could be wrong. hakim24
Robinson is the better player but all of these emotions are coming off of ONE game. Jenkins had one good game. Robinson had one good game. its all about consistency. anybody can have a bad game. you can not expect them to come out and bring it every game. if we were doing that then Rodd white would be down on the depth chart because of his performances. {=Mojo-Risin=}
Jenkins has been here longer than Roddy and is very inconsistent. How much longer do we have to wait?
Mr. Purple Label
Jenkins has been here longer than Roddy and is very inconsistent. How much longer do we have to wait?Jenkins was a gunner on special teams. Roddy Came right in and had an opportunity. Roddy may have had a good season last year, but still has more drops than anyone. 58hof2010
Ohio State players are usually bust because you cant judge talent in the Small 10!!!!!

Shaud
Jenkins had 1 catch 62 yds 1 td last week. The fact that people thought that 1 game with those numbers turned him into a real threat and was considered a great game for him should tell us all we need to know about him. durrdbyrd
I saw Jenkins fall down and get hit in the face with a pass. That pretty much sums things up.
kschreck
I can't for the life of me figure out why he's still starting. It must be his blocking.....must be.
FalconFanSince1970
Robinson definitely needs that starting job back. And where is Finneran?
Stryka
Ohio State players are usually bust because you cant judge talent in the Small 10!!!!!I second that. The Small 10 is officially the weakest BCS conference.
