For all the debate about who our third QB should be, which one has the higher QB rating for the preseason?

guys, we are talking about a guy who isn't even going to be active on game day. we should probably be talking about something vastly more important, like how are we going to generate a pass rush?

Well Lets see to be honest I have been a Falcon fan for 31 years. DJ Shockley is much better than Harrington, Redman, and Ryan but, we all know Blanks trying to get a new face to this team. We all know know that DJ Shockley never under these new coaches got a true shot at being the starter or second string QB but, how can the best qb be second string. We all know if you know Football that Ryan was drafted for god knows why he wasn't needed and he will not make a difference. But, Im not mad at him you or a millionaire take your money. I say Blanks will do everything in his power to make him the new face of the falcons. When you had with QB Shockley. So if they cut him I see us drafting 1st next year anyway. But, I hope Im wrong

this was never a competition on who would be the long term answer at qb. the only questions were : when is ryan going to be ready? and who starts until then?

I don't think based on one preseason pefomance it's safe to say that DJ made the roster just off that game last night because they're a lot of other factors that I'm sure play into it as well. Who gets the 3rd string qb job is a **** if you do, **** if you don't thing for me because there are a lot more concerns surrounding this team than who's the #3 qb.

DJ and Joey are good people and I do wish them both the best...

I agree. Last night's game will be one factor considered; however, we do not have access to all the information the staff will use in player evaluations.
