Do you think anyone else is noticing that we have a good little team here?

I can't help but think we have a good team starting up here. Mainly because it looks like this years draft is panning out like never before.... I thought it was a bad draft in the beginning but I'm glad I was wrong... B)

ANYWAYS do you think anyone else is noticing or are we just doing the preseason "hope for the best" thing? Honestly, don't we do this ever year? Thoughts?

Its pre -season and we are 1-2? but the best thing we have competed, Just see when the season starts how well we do. ;) This year does have feeling of 98 , season tickets available blackouts are coming then OMG they start winning every game, with all the so called analysts saying we would be 1-15. If we do 7-9 or 8-8 I will be really happy, If we go to the Playoffs ecstatic. :) Too early to tell.

I'm afraid the cat may be out of the bag. I switched to Sportscenter immediately following the game to see what they would report about last night's performance. Needles to say I couldn't help but crack a smile when Mark Schlereth said, "Let me go on record as the first to say it. This Atlanta Falcon team is far better than people think they are." I wasn't sure how to take it at first. I mean a member of the sports media showing my birds some love? Could it be?

They may have noticed that we aren't horrible. Let's wait until the guns have bullets in them befoe we say we're good. However, it's funny that the Titans sound like their feelings were hurt because they got pushed around. There's no real excuse for all of the penalties, but it's safe to say you earn respect by pushing instead of being pushed.

REALLY!? I've been thinking it but to hear people who are not fans say it is weird.

This year, we appear set upon establishing a personality. Simply letting the rest of the league know that they will have to battle when they play us is a good step forward after the way we played in games 5-14 last year. We were outscored 263-132 (i.e. doubled) in that time period. We need to get our pride back before we can aim to excel.

Well the last time we played the titans, they were pushing us around. We caught plenty of INTs they tried to give the game to us. But I remember their D-line was killing our o-line and for the shoe to be on the other foot, they noticed. but people have to remember Haynesworth was not there the whole game. Their best D tackle. ;)

The best part of that is Schlereth is ESPN's best NFL analyst.
