sporkdevil
Looks like they have to buy the remaining tickets, or air on a delay. Thank god we can all watch the GREATEST JAWS MOVIE EVER!Kinda sad, must of been too many for them to buy.http://www.ajc.com/falcons/content/sports/..._TV_friday.html

bozoatl
I didn't know the NFL could blackout a preseason game. LOL.I think it stinks. They only have 2 PS home games each year. Seems like they could work something out.For instance - charging full price to watch college guys fight for a job is ridiculous. A price break on PS tix would help the cause! 1000#
Or we can watch the Houston vs Dallas game on CBS.... or do they black that out too.

Dem Birds
Last weeks game wasn't sold out was it? Didn't look like it from the Dome, but it was aired live.

FalconMama
I didn't know the NFL could blackout a preseason game. LOL.Yes, the Chargers/Cowboys game was in danger of being blacked out if they didn't sell the remaining tickets.
AtlantaIsMySavior
Blank is tired of buying out the games. Why do you think the last broadcast was constantly advertising tickets and how the dome looked? Arthur even came on and tried to sell tickets for God's sake. It's the way of the world. If you don't spend your money on it you won't get the best product. 1968again
Did you know that you can have a sellout with nobody in the stands?Yeah but how they sold out that preseason game and still havent sold out season tickets that include preseason games is strange indeed. You think on that Sat they just released those seats for that one game and by fate, they had a mad rush and people snatched them up? For a preseason game? Anything is possible but dont tell me possibly anything.

F.I.L.A.7
Why would blank be tired of buying tix up if we had 6 years straight of consecutive sellouts? Should have a Vault FULL of money.
ProtoType
So the game is black out so none of us can watch it unless we see it in person? sorry but watching it on TV is 10x better then in person cause then I can actually see whats going on. Birdmahn
I just learned that the Fox affiliate here in Augusta WILL carry the game live. Hooray for me!But...I too think charging full price for "practice" games is crazy. It's one of the reasons I didn't renew my season tickets a few years ago. And the NFL blackout rules are just plain stupid...totally flawed logic. If a team is not doing well enough to sell tickets let's take them off TV so one will see them? That's going to help sell more tickets? Yeah, right.

BlacksburgHokie
Just watch the Olympics or the other preseason game until it comes on? Or if you live close enough buy a ticket. Out at the NFL's site (through ticketmaster), there are upper deck tickets selling for as low as 6 bucks...
shc
As a side note, did anyone see the article on the right hand side of that one about Da Brat getting 3 years in prison?
