formul8or
13 wouldn't surprise me in the INTs, but with our WR core being deep I think 10 is low for TD's.
Jigga Donkey
Well again, he threw 17 ints in college in a year where he was supposed to dominate. That alone should show all logical Falgoon fans what to expect. He will make a ton of mistakes and go bust, hands down. If he throws 17ints against collegiate competition, imagine what will happen in the NFL. It's not going to be pretty.

And besides, Ryan right now as a rookie is still better than any QB on the sux's roster.
Duff_Man
I would venture to say 13 INTs is a bit high. Of course, this is all assuming he isn't going to be playing a full season, too.Our offense is going to be QB friendly. They won't be throwing so much, and it will be more predicated on the QB just not making mistakes. If out O-Line keeps up the good work, he'll be in OK shape. bossFALCON™
i could understand the 10 TD 13 INT and 1900 yards but those would probably be #s from not starting the whole season. he is, again, a rookie.
Jigga Donkey
And besides, Ryan right now as a rookie is still better than any QB on the sux's roster.Yes of course, Falgoon logic right there. You all are scared to death that Ryan ends up being just like he was in college, mistake prone and easily shut down. It's going to happen, he simply isn't a good QB evidence by his 17 ints in college last year. Nobody has ever thrown that many int's in college to then go on to great things in the NFL. You guys know it yet choose to ignore it. Ryan is incapable of cutting down his mistakes. 17 freak'n int's in college? WOW, then you go on to give him $72M? If he throws 17ints against collegiate competition, imagine what will happen in the NFL. It's not going to be pretty. It was 19 ints. That being said, Dan Marino threw 23 picks his senior year so you can't just look at that number and say he'll be a bust. You have to break down the reasons that he threw them and in what situations. Yea, he made mistakes but a lot of them were forced throws because his team was down and his recievers couldn't get open. What do you think he should have done, thrown the ball away? No, he's trying to win. If his recievers were better then he probably throws a few less and wins a few more games. Probably playing for the National Championship. rugger8
I don't know why all of you feel so compelled to reply to Jigga. I at least wish he wasn't quoted so frequently.I think Ryan will start from game one. Therefore, my guess is close to 3000 yards, 18TD's, 15 INT. Rockford
HELLO he won ACC player of the year. but ya he TOTALLY sucked in college. ur in idiot. he led his team and was a "heisman" candidate. ur a glass half empty and u dont no football. he was a leader which is the #1 attribute of a QB and he already has displayed tht in ATLTHey LOVE mentioning that total number of interceptions, but they HATE mentioning the total number of pass attempts. BC Fan
Whatever his numbers turn out to be, the "stat" that never gets appreciated is his ability to use all his receivers. It's the weapon that makes him as good as he is, and the true indicator of his vision as a QB.After a while, he starts making you think some of your second stringers are better than they are. It's awesome when that happens.

Apparently, it's absolutely impossible to be a successful QB if you've ever at one point in your lifetime thrown 17 interceptions.
