Rivalry predictions: Seven in a row for Auburn

Bitter rivalries are nothing without a little smack talk -- or even a prediction. So having thrown out there the five most bitter rivalries in the SEC, here's how I think those games will go this season. As always, I reserve the right to change my opinion depending on injuries, suspensions and a team just plain stinking up the joint this season:

1. Auburn 23, Alabama 21: Tommy Tuberville makes it seven in a row over Alabama and holds up seven fingers as he leaves the Bryant-Denny Stadium field.

2. Tennessee 21, Alabama 17: The Vols do just enough to win, and Phillip Fulmer gives his deposition afterward to Alabama attorneys while sitting in the checkerboard end zones at Neyland Stadium.

3. Florida 34, Georgia 31: Percy Harvin runs for two touchdowns and catches another one in a back-and-forth classic that goes down to the final minutes. The only thing better than the game is the Gators' victory dance.

4. LSU 31, Alabama 14: This time, a bunch of Les Miles recruits lead the way for the Tigers in hammering the Tide. Nick Saban returns to the bus he came to the stadium on only to find the tires all flattened.

5. Tennessee 28, Florida 24: Fulmer ends his drought against Urban Meyer thanks to an interception return for a touchdown by Eric Berry that turns the game around in the third quarter.

Percy wont run for 2 TDs against Georgia. He might not even run the ball this year but maybe 3-4 times a game with Rainey and Moody splitting carries.

Actually from what Im hearing your going to see him carry the ball alot and see Rainey split out more than most think.

Well either way he's going to be the most electric player in college football this year.

I would MUCH rather see Rainey and Moody split all the carries than have Percy constantly banged up like he was last year.

I would have thought that he would much rather showcase his wide receiver skills more since this will more than likely be his last year w/ Florida.

He put all that weight on up top fpr a reason. If hes healthy this is his last year. Hes already told Urban as much. What is not for sure is if he really cares about being a WR. If he keeps putting on the muscle hes going to be getting into RB territory as he already at 207 LBs and thats happened with him not really being able to work his legs. You gotta know that the light weight McFadded just got picked 4th overall and he weighed about the same as Percy. I think he knows that someone would love to get a multi-talented guy like him that can run and catch the football and hes ready to cash in on it.

This guy is a well known Tennessee jock rider and Alabama hater, so his predictions are far from shocking.

Actually Tennessee fans pretty much hate him because he is so harsh about the football team.

He resigned from Volquest.com because the fans hated him so much.

I, personally, like him, but there are few UT fans that do.

With all the weight he's putting on and the muscle he's added, I wouldn't be surprised if he led Florida in rushes this year. He'll definitely carry the ball a lot more this year in my opinion.

I hope that's one reason that we're working on taking snaps under center. Maybe we'll see some more I-formation with Harvin at TB this year.

No way Florida scores 34 on our defense. This is the same defense that held them to 23 last year. No way.
