I been expressing that He needed more experience for years. He was only drafted because he was a Georgia Player. Blank Figured Shockley would bring in a little more fans because of the home state relationship. DJ was a late 7th round pick and probably could have signed as an undrafted free agent. David Greene is sorry also. Greene just got picked in the 3rd round. Ga Fans get ready for #7 to come out. He is the truth. More prepared than DJ and he is a True Jr.

yea ell the only way to get exp. is to have a chance. and from what ive read Smith is a strong believe in Competition setting spots, not seniority, which is what i want. Petrino pissed me off with hi seniority crap. Redman or DJ Shockley have been starting at the beginning of the season, but they didnt, because he wanted the guy with more EXP.( even if it was at SUCKING) to start.

Hey, just saying on an experience point of view. He won't be getting the starting spot, and we used to be able to send them to NFL Europa, or Europe, or whatever it was called at whatever time. If he gets the real game time experience, he has the chance to make a play for starter, or at minimum a quality backup. Sending Joey to the GA Force won't make him a better QB, he is going to suck just like he has. Shockley can get better, and it's in the offseason.

Give the **** ball to Turner/Norwood.  Draft/Sign some big ugly's that can block for a change.....  get some big boys that can blockand rush on the defensive line. and two guys that can slow down a WR enough to where a safety can take their head off..................  enough said for this season....  we own the NFC south.  NUFF SAID....

1st he is saying that as a joke to me, not to back you up, and injury prevented him fr

om being 2nd string, he was never gonna get cut. who was gonna take his spot in the 1st place??? dont worry ill wait.

DJ took the 2nd string job when he could actually lead the team down field, while redman couldnt do crap. and if DJ was the one that scored, then Redman would have had a worse 2nd game, then DJ had 1st game. Plus the more you play in the offense the better you get( supposedly), while redman never really improved.

Joey's deep ball requires him hitting his tippy toes, just like his one deep ball (all season) against the Giants. The second time in 2 years NY ran right over us, this time without Tiki.

But I don't care about the Force. Well, you know, I'd prefer they would win, or whatever, but I am not offering up who would do best for the Georgia Force. I am looking forward to improving a quality player, so I would like it if we put our 3rd string QB, who has had limited practice since college, to get some actual playing time to improve his passing. And if Joey goes to the AFL, good for him, but I want one of our QB's to go there to develop.

Actually after the Vick thing. I wanted the Falcons to Give Casey Printers a try. The Leftwich thing was a bad idea. This year after Harrington was cut for a small time I wanted Quinn Gray.

Casey Printers?? is that they dude who was at KC, but then when back to the CFL?? i want him to. I wanted Quinn Gray, but it seems we arent looking at him. I think harrington is camp arm. he signed a 1 year deal( easy to cut), plus he will probablt have little to no repercussions of we cut him.( signing bonus is not that big). DJ is better below the average back up Pay.
