Fox News publishes false "Black Panther" Endorsement

by bradical

In what must be the most despicable, unprofessional news article that I have ever read on Faux News... The front page of FoxNews.com shows an article titled "Obama Gets 'Panther' Ok". They point to a public profile set up by somebody claiming to be a member of the New Black Panther Party who supports Barack Obama.

Here's the problem- anybody can set up a profile and blog on the my.barackobama.com section of the website claiming support of Obama. There is no way to tell if this came from the 'black panther party', and even if it did, Obama's campaign has absolutely nothing to do with it, no control of it, and no knowledge of it when it is posted.

Fox is hellbent on portraying Obama as a black vigilant. After his speech yesterday in which he sought to begin an honest and healing discussion of race relations in our country. It is disugsting that Fox would stoop this low.

To read the disgusting, inflammatory story Click Here.

Update- Fox has now changed the story to say that the campaign removed the endorsement. Unfortunately I didn't copy and paste the original article. It was awash in falsehoods.

The question you have to ask yourself here is-why would the Black Panthers put their support behind Obama?

Or the Democratic Socialists, or the Communist Party USA...

It's funny that you don't care that NEO-NAZI'S supported YOUR candidate.

Why did FOX News AND Sean Hannity put their support behind Barrack Obama?

Both endorsed Obama, as I noted here:

hahahaha. Is that what you were looking for? Someone to give a chuckle to your photobucket piece?

So you are pointing out again that the support on Obama's site was not done by teh actual campaign. That point is moot, but it was done by The Black Panthers. The fool headed president of TBPP was on Hannity and Colmes Friday night and he acknowledged that they had given their support to Obama. When asked why he though the campaign removed their ad he said "that's just politics".

Since a racist white supremacist group gave its support to Mike Huckabee in South Carolina, that means that Mike Huckabee (and his supporters) are racist too?

I didn't think so.

Link? I have links for mine, do you have a link for your accusation from the official neo-nazi site?

Huckabee nurtured a relationship with America's largest white supremacist group, the Council of Conservative Citizens.

Mike Huckabee also ASKED that same group if he could come back the following year and give a speech in person. Why would Huckabee WANT to give speeches to that group unless Huckabee shared their hatred of blacks and their racist ideology?
