I would take the Panther/Titan/Jaguar defense over what we have had the past few years.

Reeves, Mora, pigtrino...

Hard to get consistancy with all those changes, but can't deny the talent that was available in Atlanta, last years D was pretty good at the beginning of the year, but fell off toward the end.

There were a few picks I never got when McKay was drafting for the Falcons, it was like he was still looking at talent that fit the bucs, and ended up with confusion where the Falcons were going with their D?

Blank wanted over all team speed which oddly enough lead to our new uniforms.  The D was supposed to become a fast, attacking D.  So, we drafted for it.

And then we spent 4 years of playing puzzyfoot defense with undersized lineman, out of position linebackers, cover corners playing soft zone, can't cover corners playing even softer zone, etc....

The talent level was upgraded last year in Atlanta, and I'm not really looking forward to sitting through 3 more Falcon picks after the bucs 1st rnd pick this year,

I get pretty **** frustrated at times with the bucs D also, and most has to do with the Zone D played against extemely smart and accurate QB's, the pass rush sucked in 2006, and improved a little in 2007, but not even close to what we need.

We will see how it pans out this year

The bucs have won the division more times, but it just means we have been the worst team in the division more times:D
