1. NFCCG - Biggest and best win in franchise history

2. 2004 Division Playoff - Record setting anihilation of a very poor (8-8) Rams team. Pay back for a few years of hurt at the hands of the Rams from 1999-2003

3. 1998 Division Playoff - Its always great to beat the 49ers. Knocking them out of the playoff was particularly sweet.

4. 1991 Wild Card Playoff - Stuffing the 'Aints in the Super Dome, denying them their first ever playoff win. The lateral from Deion to Joe Fishback at the end was classic, even though it was called back :(

5. 2002 Wild card Playoff - Beating the Pack at Lambeau. Nice to be the fiorst team to beat the Pack on the Frozen Tundra, although it has been done twice since.

im just going to name recent ones (05-07). i think the saints game in 05 was pretty good when we beat them like 34 to 31. the eagles game in 05 (the season opener), the steelers game in 06, the panthers game in 07 (i just like the finish with crump :)).my last one is going to be the cardinals game in 07. i know we lost that one but it was nice to see the falcons come back and almost win it.

For sentimental reasons, I think our victory over the Seahawks was something to be happy about. Even if they pulled some of their starters in the 4th quarter, beating a playoff team in a shoot out to top off the worst season in any NFL team's history is something to be proud of.

I like this list. I'd trade the St Louis game for one of the following though:

The PIT game in the dome when we beat the terrible towels down in 06

The Lavalais hat to the sternum beat down of PHI in 05

The Vick Comeback game against CAR in 03

The PIT OT game in 2002

The win over the Patriots in NE when the Dirtybird was born in 98

The XMAS eve win over SF in 95

The Billy Joe Big Ben game over SF in 91

The 4th and 1 bomb to Rison game against NO in 90

The White Shoes Big Ben game in 83

The win over PHI in the playoffs in 78

The Big Ben game in NO in 7?

I guess when the Buc's didnt win a single game doesnt top that list?

But for me (being a fan from 2001-till the day i die):

1) Lambu Win in the WC

2) Vicks Run Against Minn

3) Rams Playoff game

4) MNF Opening game against Eagle's

5) Sea win at the end of season

Minn. 4 SUPER bOWL #1, G.Bay playoffs #2, St. Louis Rams playoff #3, Minn. OT game when Vick went buck wild #4.

Does anyone remember in 1991 when we were making a playoff run and early in the second half of the season we played G.Bay. Chris Miller had a 103 degree temp. so Billy Joe Tolliver started and we got down by 35 by half time. They gave Chris Miller an IV at the half and he came out and played in the second half and brought us back to victory. It was unbelievable. The older die hard fans should know what game I'm talking about. It really was the best Falcon game that I've ever seen. If the Minn. game had not been for going to the Super Bowl then this would be #1 easily.

But the most exciting game has to be the 1980 playoff game against Dallas.

That particular game was the most anguish I have had to suffer as a sports fan. I will never forget it. And to this day....I detest the Dallas Cowboys even worse than Tampon Bay...the Car panties and the Aints combined!

I am actually a big Jessica Simpson fan now.

How no one mentioned the 2002 Pitt game is beyond me.

There has only been 4 ties in the past 9600 games of football...thats ridiculous.

We scord 17 points with 7 minutes remaining in the game to go to OT.

Both teams scored 34 points, and combined for 1100 yards of offense.

Dunn rushed for 129 yards(including the nastiest stiff arm I have seen by a Falcon).

Vick threw for 294 yards, rushed for 38, and had 2 total TD's.

Shawn Jefferson had 9 catches, 131 yards, and a TD.

Patrick Kerney had 1.5 sacks.

Tommy Maddox had 4 passing TD's.

Amos Zereoue had 123 rushing yards.

Plaxico Burress had 253 receiving yards.

Hines Ward had 11 catches, 139 yards.

....awesome game, even down to the very last play.
