The Falcons have a Bye in Week 5.Norwood is a fan favorite, he runs like the wind, but even for a backup the dude stays injured.Everydown back, yea, he would make it to the first preseason game , maybe! With Turner getting most of the carries, if he gets dinged we are screwed,Norwood wouldnt even make it through one game starting.Plus, we wont have Vick here to fill in at RB when Turner and Mr. Ding goes down!We need a reliable backup RB, Norwood is not!Lock Down -DMAC and Turner for the next 6 years, they would be a better more reliable RB combination! scott hartley
why don't we just draft Mendenhall too while we are at it. then we will have 4 good running backs. hey lets draft thomas brown too as a sleeping. then resign joey harrington and byron leftwich and draft matt ryan in the first and joe flacco in the second. then we will be set. Falcons Ace
If you really read everything iDash wrote, there are only two injuries and one stomach issue. 1. He went down with an ankle injury in week 9, missed week 10, and came back week 11.2. He had a stomach sickness in pre-season.3. He had a questionable shoulder injury for week 6, but came in and played fine.I like how the OP just took countless reports of the same injury(from differrent people) and stacked them on top of each other to make it seem like he was having constant issues week in and week out. This huge list is just the same thing repeated over and over by different people at the same time. Nice try iDash, but that isn't going to work. drneckbone
I do not see any logic what so ever in that scenario. What has Brady Quinn done in comparison to Norwood? He is still unproven I would not mind seeing a veteran QB but resigning Redman has likely hurt that possibility.
scott hartley
I mean what's point of drafting players if we aren't going to play them. are you gonna say we should draft Moreno next year if Mcfadden has minor injuries?

Ran-dawg
Was I suppose to read all that? Man, are you serious? You put too much time into that one, and I thought I was bad. Anyway, in no way is Norwood going anywhere. Also as far as Cleveland is concerned, Brady is going nowhere either. I wish people would put this to rest because Cleveland is not getting rid of either QB so your wasting yours and our time with the same stuff over and over again. It's NOT going to happen!!!!
