Boley59
1-DT Sedric Ellis-Dominates the interior. Would be a starter right away.2-OT Godser Cherilus-Good size and speed could develop into a nice OT.2-QB Chad Henne-Quality arm strength with 4 years of good experience. Could develop into a very solid starter.3-DT Ahtyba Rubin-Rubin is flying up the boards with his great combine performance. His strength is very good.3-MLB Jonathon Goff-Good combine has solidified Goff as one of the better player at the linebacker postition.4-FS David Roach-Ran a 4.4 at the combine combined with good range in college.5-OT Bobby Byrd-At 6'7 315 pounds he has lots of potential. Is down the board since he was injured 2 years ago.6-OLB Curtis Gatewood-Solid prospect with some speed and good range in pass coverage.7-K Art Carmody-Strong leg with good accuracy. He could be a solid kicker.7-OG Mike Gibson-He is a big boy with little experience. Could learn well and be a solid backup.3rd for kerney 7th for rossum. scott24falcs
I love Cherilus, but who's going to be our LT? Cherilus is almost certainly going to be a RT in the pros.
Boley59
Id say for now it weiner with foster having a shot at it. I didnt see anyone amazing after round 2 for LT so for now im saying foster gets a chance if not 09 draft. Also i think Clabo is our RG starter. Goat
I love the first 3 picks, good job. I could definetly live with a draft like this.
papikaika
The more and more I analyze players in the draft, the more I`d rather trade down and acquire more picks and players. The position im looking closely at is, OT, especially LT. I really want to nab one of the Top 3 (IMO); Ryan Clady, Chris Williams, or Anthony Collins.
Boley59
i just see DT as a bigger need. With Lewis going down we have zero starters on the roster.
papikaika
Yeah. The injury sustained by Trey Lewis hurts us. But, if the deal is right, i`d make the move. There`s no doubt though that DT is a HUGE need for us right now. Some could make the case for OT as well, but we`ll see.Boley59 (3/6/2008)i just see DT as a bigger need.
