BigQuent
Is Brady Quinn worth our 3rd pick? There are talks with Minnesota rite now about their 17th, but we could get him by trading our third or, both seconds, however it is being rumored Dallas does want D-mac, and would trade both first to get him, which deal is best. It is also being talked about on 790.
mr pickle
The 3rd is too much...but I think trading down, and then giving them that 1st rounder would be a good deal....
formul8or
I'd rather have both of Dallas' firsts. It would guarantee we get Brohm, Henne, or Flacco along with an OT that can play from the start.
ukfalc
Brady was taken 22nd last year, with a pick worth 780 point on the draft value chart. Our #3 pick is worth 2200 point. That is a huge differential of 1400 points, which is worth the #8 pikc overall. If the Browns want the #3 pick, they need to give us Quinn and their 1st from next year, if not their 1st and 2nd picks. BigQuent
I agree, but we would need to move soon because the Vikings want him!!!! We NEED Brady Quinn Bad, he is the type mold of QB to do well in Mularkeys system.
projectcloud
the cleveland browns said that there is no way in **** that they are going to even consider trading any of their QB's. so much for tradin for Quinn...

BigQuent
There is no question about it Quinn, will be out of Cleveland by the end of next season At MOST, if not this offseason.
Noles1985!
if anything we trade with dallas get both of there 1st rounders. Take a OT with the first(Otah) one and trade for quinn the second. That way we get our QB and they get a pick in the first day. Quinn in my opinion is ready because of who he had grooming him in college(Charlie Weis). scott hartley
let me get this straight. you want us to trade the third overall pick for a player who was not even drafted in the top ten just last year and hasn't played at all? this message board has really taken a nose dive
BigQuent
Scott please, READ i never said i want to give the third it is an option, and I asked people opinion, NO OFFENSE but we need all the help we can get and BRADY is help and he is a franchise player who will fill seats, and WIN. loowe
Brady Quinn wasn't even a top pick. He was a late first rounder, no way is he worth the third overall. Maybe a third or late second.
Robert L
I just hate everyone putting up posts with subject like Hall TRADED, or OUR 3RD GOING TO CLEVELAND like there is some breaking news, when it's just some speculation.
BigQuent
I totally agree that the two firsts would be great personally, I would like to take Vernon Gholston, and Joe Flacco. The second Round is loaded with Oline talent, and free agency still has some veteran Olineman available. SHANE OLIVEA is our guy.

Dallas could get McFadden for a little more than that, there is no way they would give us 2 firsts if no one else is really trying to give us 1. It is also being talked about on 790.No way we give them a 3rd for a 23rd or 24th pick in Brady. If Brady was in this draft I do think Miami would take him #1 overall but that is not how it works. You have to get the same value for it. I understand the way you see it but they are not the same value. They can have our third for maybe Brady and a 2nd next year. Only because they don't have a 2nd this year. My ideal trade would be D-hall for Brady and a third next year.

We NEED Brady Quinn Bad, he is the type mold of QB to do well in Mularkeys system.I tell you with Brady being from Cleveland and a fan favorite I would be totally shocked if they trade him anywhere. I think this is all a bunch of smoke. Look what happen to us a week after we traded Schaub. I doubt D. Anderson is fighting dogs but he could be fighting chickens. LOL!!! But really Anderson could get hurt atany time and I'm sure this is why they wanted desperately to keep Anderson. They would have been happy starting Brady because they believe him to be a stud. I sure they just want a insurance policy because they spent a **** of a lot in money and draft picks in FA. They also gave up draft picks to move up to get Brady in the first place. I really think they will keep him.

The 3rd pick will likely be a franchise player that will help us too. That being said, I do think Brady is going to be a great QB just need more to give up our 3.
