Draft picks o' plenty

Recommended Posts

Wouldn't it be nice if the falcons would trade the #3 overall pick in the Nfl draft to Dallas for their 2 #1 picks , and trade D-Hall to the Patriots for their #7 pick or even the Lions with their 15th pick(i think)...we would have 3 1st rounders, 2 second rounders, and possibly 2 3rd rounders (if kerney gets us a 3rd round pick)....that's the way to turn this team around fast, get the attitudes out, replace it with youth and potential. Go falcons & TD, i have faith in what you're doing!!

We need to push to keep hall a little longer. Yes he does have a bit of an attitude but he plays with alot of fire inside! His intensity can be redirected and used to build leadership. Believe it or not, his services are still needed!

how stupid would it be to do any of that..we might as well pay dhall what he wants...do u realize draft picks that get drafted in the 1st round require lots of money..us having to sign 3 1st round draft picks, plus 2 2nd rounders..are you crazy..we couldnt afford it.

Bingo, we would have to cut half the team to sign 3 1st rounders.

I was listening to 790 this morning and they had TD on and they asked him specifically about Hall.

TD said he was going to defer to the Head Coach Smith and that Smith wanted him here.

Hall might not be going anywhere unless we get a great offer for him.... which I doubt we will.

If the falcons gave up the 3rd pick for ONLY the Cowboy's two first rounder, I'd be pretty pissed myself.

Me too.

I will say that I think Smith so far has done a MUCH better job than Petrino.

I liked how Smith wanted to personally talk to Crumpler and Dunn and let them know what was going on. Class is always underappreciated.

I may not like his choice of DC but other than that I like what Smith has been doing so far.
