Stoney
I read this guy ran a 4.47 at the combine. Where is he slated to go anyway? Dont hear much about him
UGA_DAWG46
It will be a really big reach for Marcus Howard. Maybe at late 3rd or early fourth.
GEORGIAfan
Howard?? NO WAY, id like to have him with a 4th/5th, but not a 2nd. he could be a good LB, if he converts, because he is to small to play DE.
featherz17
Yeah, at 237 lbs. he's got great size to be a NFL DE.

Also why is he projected so low?because he's small and one dimentional. He's not good against the run and NFL tackles will push him around. He's def. not a starter in the NFL.he'll be lucky to make a team unless he moves to LB. falconfansince66
Yeah, 2nd is too high a pick for him. Pat Simms from Auburn might be a good 2nd rounder though and he's a DT.
michael clowney
I wouldnt say "lucky" enough to make a team, but he will definetely be picked

ajohnson1050
Anderson had a bad rookie campaign. Wow, you guys are ready to put him out to pasture. Two years ago Mario Williams (6'6" 293 athlete) was selected #1 and produced 4.5 sacks. He was questioned all year for being picked over Reggie Bush. The following year the Texans draft Amobi Okoye (6'2" 302) as the DT, also the answer to a balanced line. Mario Williams sack total more than tripled to 14 sacks this year.We need push up the middle to compliment our outside rushers. Drafting Dorsey (6'2" 316) or Ellis (6'1" 305) would do the trick and get Anderson (6'6" 283 athlete) freed up.
michael clowney
correct picked to play DE outside linebacker he would get picked-- see why cant ATL fans argue like how cwell and I and not take personal shots at each other

ugadawg
I would not waste a pick on him as a DE he is better suited for a 3-4 OLB. He got ran over by SEC tackles this year. Any time a team need 3 or 4 yds they ran straight at him and they got the first down. Just say no to Howard
NoS oUtLaW
michael clowney (3/2/2008)Robert Mathis is 235 and hes a great DE-Indy Colts DEOnly difference is the Colts put up points so they know the other team will pass on them to try and play catch up
malk2.0
Anderson cant get it done? how? Just because he hasnt gotten any sacks doesnt mean hes a bust. He was good against the run which is the LE main job. Sacks will come with experience and help on the line.If you have forgotten our defense pretty much sucked last season except for abe and boley (lewis played good while healthy but he got hurt )
