Bloodhoundz
Now it's time for our FO to build up that O-line to make Turner's and Norwood job a lot easier. O-line can make an average running back look Great not the other way around, and a bad O-line can make a good Running Back look bad ,so lets hope our FO is going to the the right thing this time unlike the past. londonfalcon
I think they are doing a dam fine job so far. We are gearing up to getting a lot of OL and DL help in the draft, and FA still isn't finished yet!!!:w00t:
bossFALCON™
im pretty sure they will because we now have players that can compete at safety and corner. we have a running back and now we have questions mostly on the offensive and defensive lines. we are in pretty good shape i think. phattywankenobi
I am absolutely certain that is what they are going to do with at least 2 lineman in the first 3 rounds especially since they don't need to spend a pick on a big back. As Smith said it all starts with the line on both sides of the ball.
freakyfalcon
I assume we are working on Maurice Williams next and maybe look at Long and another OT in the 2nd.

michaelgee
bh, I think we are gonna be just fine now. I think the draft will be focused on o & d linemen.Ryan, Ellis or Dorsey may be 1st, If Ryan isn't our first we may go Henne or Flacco at QB with a heavy guy in the 1st.Our secondary got better in FA, RB is set in FA. agree, We do need some hogs up front to complete the deal. Bloodhoundz
Atleast Alex Gibbs isn't here to hold our options back when it comes to what O-Linemen we can get.

chris30277
Bloodhoundz Reborn (3/2/2008)Now it's time for our FO to build up that O-line to make Turner's and Norwood job a lot easier. O-line can make an average running back look Great not the other way around, and a bad O-line can make a good Running Back look bad ,so lets hope our FO is going to the the right thing this time unlike the past.there are reports now that the FO is trying to get Maurice Williams. He could be a heck of a RG for us. He has looked good in the past blocking for Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew. If we lock him up and then secure Jake Long with our first pick, the offensive line would be almost completely fixed (outside of McClure). I think Tyson Clabo did a fine job last year at RT, so I am willing to give him a shot. If he doesn't work out then next year we need to target guys like Phil Loadholt or Michael Oher. dirtycanadianbird
Yah, I love the Turner signing but if we got Williams I would love it even more.Williams and some help from the draft would be outstanding.

I am a little against drafting Dorsey because of his injuries.

I agree 120%! Make it happen TD! It's a must! I'm sick of hearing people say our team is gonna take 5 years or more just to make the playoffs! I think that's BS! somecut8
We're drafting a DT. But I would like to see Branden Albert a Falcon or see us draft a OT in the early second.

dirtycanadianbird
The more I look at it the more I think we will draft a DT.I think Jake Long will be outstanding, but OL seems to be relatively deep this year.In this draft we could get a guy like Ellis and still get a huge upgrade to the OL with a guy in the second. A great RB can make an average oline look great. Barry did it in Detroit. Shoot Jamal Anderson did it for us.
