The Falcons should trade DeAngelo Hall and their 2nd round pick to the Browns for Derek Anderson

The Falcons and Browns would both be better if they swapped DeAngelo Hall and their Second Round pick for Derek Anderson.

Matt Ryan will be gone by the 3rd pick and would cost a ton more than Anderson anyway. Brohm isnt worth the 3rd pick and wont be around by the second round.

Get the Quarterback of the future, eliminate a guy who wants out of ATL anyway and let the Browns go with Brady Quinn and get a cornerback to replace Leigh Bodden.

I realize there is too much logic here for this to actually happen.

It doesn't make sense why give up that much when we gave Redman an extension. We should give him a chance.

Being truthful i like Anderson but he sure isn't worth Hall + a 2nd. I would give Hall straight up at best for him. But i could just as easily take Brohm, Flacco, or Henne in the 2nd and be just as happy.

Clevelands GM or owner said that you don't spend that kind of money on a QB and have a competition for the spot. Anderson will be the starter in Cleveland. Quinn has to be on the trading block.

I don't think either of them are right now. I am almost guaranteed both of them are locked in as Browns for 08. Their gonna see id Anderson can get the job done again like he did last year make sure it wasn't a fluke. If he does then Quinn will be on the block then i bet. If Anderson isn't as good or Quinn takes him over during the year then Anderson will be on the Block next year. Browns are smart they have enough cap space to not rush anything and truly choose their best player.

Anderson is going to have **** of a year. He has one of the best pass catching tight end and one of the best wide receiver in the leaque and now they have acquired Stallworth, he has another weapon to throw to. So Quinn will be on the bench next year so I'll rather make a big offer to the Browns for Quinn. He is better than anyone in this year QB class in this draft. Way better than Matt Ryan, Chad Henne, Joe FLacco and Brian Brohm.

quinn has been saying he wants the job to be open in the cleveland. i saw a couple headlines about it on fflivewire. i can go back and post the links or the articles if you want.

i didnt bother to read them though, i was looking for stuff about turner.

anderson or quinn would both be cool with me. theyre better than any qb in this class imo. this qb class, as exciting as it was supposed to be, is absolutely horrible now. every day it seems like i get more and more wary of drafting one of these guys. its sickening.

Exactly. I'd rather try and trade for Quinn.
