special c
If Turner gets signed then Warrick Dunn becomes the third best back on the team. I don't know of any third back that would have the salary that Dunn has. Turner/Norwood is an excellent combination. This team NEEDS Norwood to get at least 15 carries a game, because he has proven he is extremly effective in that role. If Turner gets signed and Dunn stays on board, how many carries is Norwood going to get?
faninmd
I wouldn't mind Dunn staying part of the organization somehow. He does need to be cut though.
doubletrouble21
Read the AJC subtitle under Michael Turner's picture."The Falcons visited with free agent running back Michael Turner Friday, with hopes of to signing the four-year veteran to move forward without veteran Warrick Dunn."Turner a falcon = Dunn is doneVERY LIKELY. In fact, in only 2 games in his career has he had 11 or more carries. In both of those 2 games, he's averaged 4.2 ypc. That's not exactly extreme effectiveness.
