freakyfalcon
scott hartley (2/29/2008)and by the way he tied with Boley for the lead while Boley had more solo's and 4 forced fumbles to go with brooking's zero. also Boley was up for the pro bowl while Brooking was getting named "highway 56".ROFLMAO. I like that Keith "Highway 56" Brooking
Abe
After reading that Keith will be kept in he middle so Nicholas can be on the field on the weakside i guess there is no chance of Tony getting a chance.
Lord Sarcomere
I think that Earl Everett could be a pretty good MLB for us. I can't believe that he was a UDFA. Luckily we have him on our practice squad. He was rated as a fourth round prospect, but it would have been higher had he not injured his ankle which he needed surgery on. trucking
Abe (2/29/2008)Not a Georgia homer but the kid is ALLWAYS in the right place when it comes to having a nose for the football... Some guys are workout wonders others are FOOTBALL players. We could move Brook to weakside again and obviously Boley to strong... I just think he is a cheap hidden gem type of player. Any opinions on it? i really like tony a lot-i believe he can be an impact player in this league if they give him the opportunity to play. Since you have not watched any games he led the team in tackles last year. Why is it we keep talking about brooking's tackles?? Is that not what mlb's are supposed to do? God forbid we ask our mlb to atleast tackle:crazy: Dare I say any one can sit and wait on the play then jump in from behind;)How about having our second highest paid lb to get a pick or force a fumble or recover something?Do you realize that we are paying that much for just 100 or so tackles:blink:and many here were screaming about Hall's money!!!maybe he wasn't a top to or 3 corner that wanted to be paid like it............but is brooking the 2ND BEST MLB????..He is currently paid like it:laugh:...no watch someone say but, but, but he our leader, he has a sterling charcter... is that worth 7 or 8 mill a year? slobberknocker
IDK, the UGA homers would have you think he is the second coming of **** Butkus, Jack Lambert or Ray Lewis. Fact is, we really don't know what he can do at the NFL level. We need a young MLB to emerge, or we have to go out and find one to groom. iDash
GEORGIAfan (2/29/2008)number 43 was him. check it out he is pretty sick. TONY TAYLOR IS DA FUTUREThat play was awesome, thanks for posting!I just want one of the baddest MLB ever, Gholston or Chris Long!

We need a young MLB to emerge, or we have to go out and find one to groom. And UGA haters will make you believe he shouldn't sniff the NFL because he played for Georgia. You would have to watch him in person to gauge it best. He's athletic enough to drop into coverage and lays the wood when he tackles. He's a BVG Bulldog if that tells you anything. That's why I'm more optimistic about Van Gorder than some of the other people here who haven't paid any attention to his defenses. He's hard nosed and gets so fired up that it usually carries over to his players. Can't wait for TC!!
kjv315
I was thinking about Vick's former pal, Tony Taylor...durrr, i think that's his name.
falcon_eyes
mbrizzle (2/29/2008)Seems like injury is always going to be a major question mark for Tony. He's definately one of those guys who wouldnt shock you if he became a solid NFL player. He just never seemed to miss assignments, never missed tackles, and was a BEAST in pass coverage.injuries...what injuries?
Abe
He seemed to intercept everything thrown near him in college... too bad.
