Panicman
Please someone tell me why Choice is a good choice? What did Georgia Tech do in his four years? How many times did they beat Georgia? How many ACC championships did he win? What was his 40 time?
Since66
They want him because he is a bug. Hopefully we'll be bug-free after Brooking and his laughable contract are shown the door.
DefenseWinzCliche
I hate Georgia Tech, but Choice is a really good RB. I think if they would have kept giving the ball to Choice 2 years ago, instead of constantly trying to force it to Calvin, they probably would have beat us.I think we all understand that good players can be on bad teams. Good players like Michael Boley and Roddy White.

Is that a serious question?

the evil emperor
Might be nice to invite Choice to camp and let him compete.I think he has durability issues in that he's hurt alot.
Panicman
With all the Tech fans talking about how great an on field leader he would be, I thought someone might have some stats to back up this opinion of greatness. Why is Tashard Choice a good draft pick? Answer that question flicked boy.

Panicman
yea, my bad. He only won an SEC Championship. That must have been the year that everybody else sucked in the SEC. Give me some stats, some kind of fact about Choice that would make us want him on the Falcons. Or are you still upset about your band getting booed off the Georgia Dome field last year? Eddie Jewell
If that video don't make you want to strap it on and bust the opposing player in the mouth, then you are dead. I want that in my locker room.
DefenseWinzCliche
Tashard Choice:2006 - 1473 yards, 5.0 yards per carry, 12 TDs2007 - 1379 yards. 5.3 yards per carry, 10 TDsHis 2 years as a full time starter, over 1300 yards.... Eddie Jewell
It was the Clemson game. Last year they got stomped in death valley on national tv. This past season they regulated. Eddie Jewell
Whatever, this team needs a vocal leader. If it has to come from a rook, then so be it. Especially is that rook is playing like a VETERAN. Your high school days as well as mine don't mean squat. This kid has character. Plus he backs it up.Eddie Jewell (2/28/2008)It was the Clemson game. Sun Tzu 7
I will admit the UGA homerism we get around here is tough to swallow at times...Especially considering who our DC is... but I'll leave that one alone until the season starts.Tashard wouldn't be a good choice for a first rounder but he wouldn't be too bad in the later rounds.Where is the UGA RB, (thomas?), projected to go this year? And I didn't go to Ga Tech by the way...
