etherdome
I have never seen him play. Some say that he did a good job in relief of Garrard this season. I don' know. Any reliable info on him?
Lord Sarcomere
Our system could be, in a way, similar to the one he played in for the Jags. We're both run first teams. He might be a good fit, but Redman showed that he deserves to be back next season.
Michael Skelton
bgarcia28 (2/27/2008)I have never seen him play. Some say that he did a good job in relief of Garrard this season. I don' know. Any reliable info on him?He was ok, but Jax offense improved dramatically once Garrard came back. I am wondering, who is going to be the next Garrard. Man that guy was good! Guest JBopper
Who knows what Smith is thinking? At this point could be anybody at QB.
chickenfried
Gray did OK this past season, but he's a journey man in the sense that he's been in the league for a while as a backup. I tried to do some Googling on him the other day and very little came up about him.I think Redman, Harrington, and Shockley should get a shot. UGA_DAWG46
I have posted this many times. Gray will be a good pick up for us. We're basically running Jax and Steelers type of offense. He will fit in perfectly.
chickenfried
Yeah -- I did say Harrington. I was at the game that one day when Byron was put in there and was stinking up the joint with his 10 second releases. The whole dome was screaming "Jooooeeeeyyyy". He's a pretty classy guy and said that he felt bad that was happening to Byron, but deap inside it must have felt pretty good.Nonetheless, Harrington has ran Mularkey's offense -- so he'll still be around. Knight of God
JBopper (2/27/2008)Who knows what Smith is thinking? At this point could be anybody at QB. Thats what I'm thinking. Gray, Joey, Shockley, Redmon, or Carr would do with the offense that will be installed. You don't have to have a $30+ mil QB, but you DO need a monsterous Defense, superior OL, and a pounder RB. Any of the above would be good with me.

NO TO CARR.
Joshua Affonso
Grey stinks. The thing he does best is hold on to the ball too long and then throw interceptions. Seriously. People only like him because a.) he is black b.) he has a semi-strong arm and c.) he is a little bit mobile.
