eugene allington
I think Dhall was great in his time here, but he feels like hes bigger than the team and this me,me attitude is instant cancer in the lockeroom when trying to rebuild your team and image.all this talking 2 the media about team issues,it hurts more than it helps. silentbob1272
I'm all for Mike Smith getting a clean slate to build from. Hall is one of the last loudmouth "me" players from the bulk of them we had in previous years. If he can fall into line, I'm all for him staying, he is a great talent, if not don't let the door hit you
etherdome
I know that he is a millionaire, but don't forget that he is just a kid. He is only 24 years old. He is passionate about football. The guy goes to the Combine every year! If this town was more patient, we would have a guy that could be "Mr Falcon."We were extremely impatient with Brett Favre and it has been the worst mistake of this franchise. Of course Hall is no Favre, but you get the idea. Now, if he is traded because the defensive scheme calls for a much more physical CB that comes at a lower price, then OK. The decision should never be an emotional one. This is business.

falconchef
It's fairly simple, in my eyes. With D Hall and the rest of our corps, we are solid enough at db for a few years. Without D Hall, db becomes a MAJOR hole! It just doesn't make sense. People want draft picks because we have so many holes, but if we trade D Hall, we create a new hole that needs fixing where one previously did not exist. Why trade him for a pick when we'd have to use that pick on a cornerback!!?? Just because a rookie is cheaper!!?? You get what you pay for! Same Ol Falcons
I said last year "don't resign anyone" - let them all go and rebuildThis team and especially the ones that have been in Atlanta a while are tainted, they are mental losers - just like in any sport on any level, if metally you are defeated when you take the field you are going to lose and that's what the problem is with this team-and a few other teams in the league as wellThe players that have endured all of these losing seasons in the past three years get that "here we go again" feeling too easily
Darren Lenczycki
DHall is a solid corner, but in my opinion he hasn't shown that he is an absolute shutdown corner. Perhaps he shows it this year, or next. But once his contract expires you best believe DHall will ask (and probably get) a shutdown corner's salary, regardless of whether or not he shows he is deserving of such a salary. With that said, I do agree with a previous poster that if DHall goes, we have no one near his ability to fill in. iDash
DHall = what the Franschise Tag was made for, A player who think He is the Best and He want all the monies!DHall is Top 5 CB,you get what you pay for!I hope Smoked Dimry comes out of Retirement!****, we had Webster and Y'all complained,He was ran out of town.It didnt matter that the Dc call the soft coverage ,He was there on most completions and He was Told not to put up his hands by the DB coach! Then, Mr. Blank fires every coach except the Db Coach!Sorry, Ya'll really want me to turn into a Falcons basher! Gfalcon
D Hall is a great player. Like some one mentioned earlier he is only 24. Once he realizes he gets paid to play and play hard. He will show what he is worth. He should remeber how hard it was to get where he is. He could be less fortunate... like in prison!!!
