Bring It Posted February 16, 2008 Share Posted February 16, 2008 It's clear that Dmitroff and Smitty are in total sync about many things, but first and foremost is.............the new Falcon team will be with guys with CHARACTER...........team players........No.1, speed, talent, image, to follow.No longer will this franchise sign guys only by their stopwatch results, running the 40 in 4.3, etc. ...................without considering what kind of "TEAM PLAYER" they will be.The good news is you can have both...........if you work a little harder to find them. And, they are NOT afraid of hard work. The NEW Falcons will be a team we can all be proud of. It will take time and patience, but well worth it.
