Boley59
I doubt it hes so injury prone that he is just not worth the money he will want.

Waterproof_ace83
I love Morgan, when he's healthy he is one of the best linebackers in the game. He played a legendary game in the super bowl a few years back, he was the most dominant player on the field. If we can get him to sign for cheap and give him a massive amount of incentives then id be all for it. try to work out a deal where he signs for little but will make top dollar if he plays and performs. it could be a possibility because a bunch of teams will be scared away from a backer with a concussion history. The Don™
Hey, you never know. We COULD give him a 1 year for the absolute min. and draft someone like say Ray Maguwhatever from USC or "Little Animal" in 09.
sporkdevil
For the 10th Dan Morgan thread: NO!And why does every player released on every other team get thought of here? There is a reason Morgan is being let go, they didn't even try to trade him! And it's not like Carolina has a Pro Bowl line of LB's either. He has shown he can't take the full load, and we should show no interest.Plus he is from the Panthers. So, double no.

The Maltese Falcon
Our LB core is pretty good now but with him it would be even better because we will be able to move brooking back to WLB
trubirdfan4life
he is a good linebacker, but once you start having concussions it just never seems to stop.

Dalton
when a player gets released there's usually a reason.unless he signs VERY cheap, no.
snicker
He's only had like 17 concussions in the past 2 seasons so yeah i'd say he's someone we need to sign, preferably to a long-term deal with a huge signing bonus and a lot of guaranteed money :w00t:
Forgiven Falcon
We don't need to throw our money away on another Hartwell. Well he is better than Hartwell but the injury thing is what I am talking about.

Hammafan58
If you think that, then you've had more concussions that he's had.

Lil Wyte
i would have to go NO all the way unless he wants very very little money but that is not likely.

We need to end the signing of rejects and get top of the line players or we will lose forever. When Miami or the Panties cut a player is is for a GOOD reason. There is your sign homer... loozianafalcon
Morgan is too much of a "physical risk" for the Falcons to sign him. The guy is one more concussion away from being a veggie!
NCFalconfan
They don't call him "Glass-jaw Morgan" in Carolina for nothing.
604hof
Morgan was good in college, but now he is on IR with some sort of injury or a concussion.
