atljbo
i think its the draft.....the draft build your team...free agency just feel in spots
londonfalcon
TD has said we will build through the draft, having said that - they will not ignore Free Agency, I think they will not target the Top FA at mega contract level but FA who are very good and will command reasonable contracts. Adding depth and possibly a new starter here and there.
REV.2000
TO BE A GOOD ORGANIZATION YOU HAVE TO BE SAVY IN BOTH AREAS. BOTH CAN HEAL YOU ....... OR BOTH CAN KILL YOU. PICK YOUR POISON.
direwolf
Draft. We're rebuilding a team, here...Free agency is almost purely supplemental (there are a few exceptions like Drew Brees).Direwolf
BruceReville
Draft -- if not then bottle -- cans give beer a funky taste to me

Rebuilding comes through the draft, retooling comes through free agency.
formul8or
Definately the draft because with our cap being a little tight we don't have much room for any big free agents, maybe a couple of good ones, and then we will rely on the draft to build us up. somecut8
draft, you get more players in the draft than fa. plus, drafting builds your future, fa fixes problems now

Herr Doktor
I think the draf tis always the most important part. Always. FA is to fill in the holes or to add that money play maker to put you over the top. Building the team is 80% draft and 20% FA, and the interaction of the two on the salary cap. bossFALCON™
i think they are both important in their own ways. FA really helped the pats last year as it also did for other teams. some teams (like us last year) didnt make a bunch of moves in FA last year but really used the draft. i think we will need both this year. bigpoon
free agency.the players you draft these year has to learn and develop.none should start the season as the starter unless we loss a whole of our vets this year to f.a.

trubirdfan4life
exactly, we will have plenty of draft picks to get ready to take starting roles in the future if we draft well. I hope we don't go too crazy in free agency. I think we will get maybe 2 Olinemen, 1 DT, and a DB.
