L.Rover
Gerber09 (2/4/2008)Round 3b) Josh Johnson QB SDBrass already said that whoever we drafted would sit why not get one of the most physically gifted QBs in the draft.First of all, I think it might be a bit of an over statement to say that Josh Johnson is the most physically gifted QB in the draft. Secondly, I think the problem we have with waiting that long for a QB is there is a good chance another team could get him before us. IMO, we need to act on a QB atleast on the 1st say (which is now just the first 2 rounds).Other than that, a decent mock.
Jerry Maguire
Just looking at your draft, there are some good players there. But I don't think it's very realistic to have that many small school guys. Teams will take a chance on small school guys, but generally one team is not going to draft that many for a couple of reasons: 1.)they are more of a risk and 2.) they usually take longer to impact, due to a great increase in talent. Scrappy777
Not a bad draft. Love the Johnson pick alot, dont see the need to draft to CB, would rather put some dept on the Oline or Dline.
L.Rover
Scrappy777 (2/5/2008)Not a bad draft. Love the Johnson pick alot, dont see the need to draft to CB, would rather put some dept on the Oline or Dline. There are very few teams that couldn't benefit from some additional CB depth, and with the future of DHall on our team in doubt, having a replacement ready wouldn't hurt.
