Could Goddell, Belicheck, Brady could face 'indictments' in NFL 'Spygate' investigation?

wow, so you want an indictment on people who didn't even break a law?

Four words. Competitive advantage. Anti-trust laws.

Belicheck, Kraft, Brady have stayed mum for a long time instead of admitting their role in the Spygate situation. They broke NFL rules and should face stiffer in-house penalties, but their continued stonewalling and arrogance brings more scrutiny and the U.S. government want to step in to acquire the truth.

Belicheck should have been immediately SUSPENDED and couldn't be allowed at Patriots' facilities until his situation was properly investigated. They took Vick off the field, and Belicheck and certain members of the coaching staff should have been affected as well. Would this have been an embarrassment and jeopardize the 2007 season?.. Yeah, but so what!!! They had been 'repeat serial offenders'..

The Patriots won their three Super Bowls by three points or less and if its established that they were cheating THEN then this affects the gambling industry and the integrity of the game in much the same way Tim Donaghy, the NBA ref who bet on games and apparently influenced games in which he personally he was a referee in..

Brady has to answer questions now. And there may info on him that the U.S. senator has and if Brady LIES, he is in trouble! Perjury, Conspiracy charges..

If he benefited from illegal taping and the coaches were apart it, THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADMIT IT... PUBLICLY... No federal charges would likely be pursued, and Goddell would have to explain truthfully why he destroyed those tapes TRUTHFULLY.

Goddell's rep is on the line as well.. He could lose his job, but he could be in a courtroom if he doesn't come clean NOW...

If the NFL's anti-trust exemption is repealed it would be the equivalent (actually worse) of not just an indictment, but a conviction. If that happened, Goodell wouldn't make it through that week as commissioner before he was ousted.
