bow chicka wow wow
OK we all know Vick was senteced for 23 months in jail. But we also know now that if he takes a "drug awareness/addiction class" he will be let out early. The reason he is given the option for the "early release" is b/c he tested posative during parole for marajuana. That being said is it possible his attorney new this and told Vick to get a "posative" test so he could get out early?WITHOUT THE POSATIVE TEST VICK WOULD HAVE TO SERVE THE 23 MONTHS (80%) ATLEAST.Its a loophole in the system, and its messed up. "Smoke weed and get outta jail early" lol

That means he isn't coming back until Goodell says so. Which is probably going to be never. Who's going to want to put up with that PR nightmare? Keep dreaming guys. I liked him as much as anyone when he was here, but he's never coming back. Never. And for those goobs who want to say, "well why hasn't he been cut?", DUH it's because Blank cannot get his money back if he cuts him. And Vick will not be able to play in this league again until he gives back the money. The odds of Vick coming back are about the same as hitting the lottery. Come back down to earth people. birddawg97
Who are these rapists, drug dealers and murderers you speak of and when were they allowed back into the league? My guess would be you are making assumptions- most if not all of the players to which you refer were never convicted or pled guilty to the crimes you described. Also, none of them commited these crimes while Goodell was commisioner. It has been well documented that the league has a new policy in regards to personal conduct - a policy that was just put into place in the last year and a half. You can scream hypocrite all you want - I, for one am glad the NFL finally grew a set and decided to crack down on these athletes who can't stay on the right sideof the law.edited for typos and grammar

At some point in time he will be allowed to play football annd it is not dependant on him paying any money back. the Falcons can persue the money but they cannot stop him from playing unless they keep him under contract and then they can only keep him out 4 games. Now I want you to tell me who has actually killed a person and is still playing? Name one.Lenard Little for one.Leonard Little pled guilty to invountary manslaughter and served 90 days in jail and 1000 hours of community service. This happened in 1998, 9 years prior to Roger Goodell instituting the new player conduct policy. Therefore, the new rules do not apply to Little. Obviously, anyone who breaks the law and is found guilty or pleads guilty will be treated under the new policy. Second, Vick has to pay back the money to the falcons before he would ever get released to play for someone else. What is so hard to understand about that???? The time is over for ignorant, brainless, thugs, who can run fast. Dimitroff and Mike Smith wouldn't want to be in the same room with garbage like Vick, let alone have a convicted felon on a NEW.............Quality ( do you understand this word ?) organization. The NEW Falcon's will not resemble the pathetic, old, sorry, broken play circus act that Vick was a part of.THANK GOD................................not me.
