fambro2004
We better trade down and get some picks in the draft. I would hate to see an rookie step in and start at QB. Think guys we need help in the trenches on both sides of the ball. Remember u have to be able to control both sides of the line to be successful. BlacksburgHokie
I'm fine with drafting a quarterback. Just not in the first round. We need a key contributor who is going to come in and start immediately - not a project for the future.
uscg_kid
I agree and see New England as a good trade partner. Our first if #3 overall is worth 2200 value pointsNew Englands #7 #63 and #69 is valued at 2015 points. We wouldn't get fair value but I think it is worth it. We need to make the trade with Dallas and get two picks in the first round.
Stopped Short
Dallas' picks are IMO too low to trade the #3 overall for.
uscg_kid
I agree and think that if we decide we want a QB that Matt Ryan will still be there at #7. The Ravens will get him at 8 if we drop anymore.
boss hogg
I think our best trade scenario would be to trade down to #6 with the Jets. They would have to give up their second round pick as well. We could still then get a top OT/DT or Ryan or Brohm. Lots of possibilities in this scenario. This would give us 4 picks in the top 50! Jets might like to move up for McFadden or Chris Long. NCFalcon52
Actually Kansas City may grab Matt Ryan or Brian Brohm. Whichever stands out to be the better one.
uscg_kid
I think they are happy with Brody Croyle
