I think other than Josh Johnson, Brennan has the most potential to move up if he performs well. I was a lot higher on him until the Sugar Bowl and his showings after that game.

1. Brohm

2. Ryan

3. Booty

4. Woodson

5. Ainge

6. Henne

7. Flacco

8. Brennen

9. Johnson

10. Dixon

The first 7 on that list I think are good canidates for a future starting qb. The first 4 I would feel confident that they will be an NFL starting qb. I think Brohm and Ryan are very good prospects but I don't see a true star on that list.

I completely agree with you on this one. Henne has to be the pick in the 2nd round, in my opinion. He's doing well at the Senior Bowl so far and there aren't a whole lot of teams at the lower end of the first round that need a quarterback, which should make him available to us. The only team that we might possibly have to worry about taking him is Miami right before us, but I don't think they should give up on Beck just yet.

I'm not buying the Flacco hype, he played against weak opponents and his number weren't even that impressive compared to Josh Johnson. Plus JJ can run too.

Interesting. I calculated the average (i was bored) and this is what i got as the top 10.

1. Brian Brohm - 1.8

2. Andre Woodson - 2.8

3. Matt Ryan - 3.8

4. Chad Henne - 4.7

5. John David Booty - 5.5

6. Joe Flacco - 6.2

7. Dennis Dixon - 7.0

8. Colt Brennan - 7.1

9. Josh Johnson - 7.5

10. Erik Ainge - 8.2

Seems pretty realistic to me. Brian Brohm is the favorite #1. Dixon, Brennan and JJ are very close. Erik Ainge is last, big surprise, although i don't think he should be.

Also keep in mind if we win the coin flip vs Kansas City, they will pick before us in round 2. It alternates when decided by a coinflip I believe.
