jwnelson33
I have an idea why don't the Falcons sign two o-linemen in FA and thus take the two 2nd round pick and trade back into first round around pick 17 to 20 if one of these QBs falls this far Brhom or Woodson. Culain
atlfalcons32 (12/30/2007)1. Darren McFadden- RB- if we are picking at #3, there's no way we can pass on him, he will be the face of the franchise, something we desperately need.2. Colt Brennan- QB -some may want Joe Flacco, who i wouldn't mind, but i just like Brennan better. He will sit next year and play behind our starting QB Chris Redman2. Chris Williams- OT (#74) 3. Dre Moore- DT3. Spencer Larson- MLB he's a tackling machine (that's Marshawn Lynch he's tackling in this photo)4. Quentin Demps- FS 5. Robert Felton- OG6. Andy Studebaker- OLB- sleeper pick, had 44 Total Tackles, 24.5 TFL, 17.5 Sacks. 7. Alexis Serna- KI like the draft myself the only change I would make would be the QB, but if they figure Brennan is good enough to draft that would be good enough for me. There are about 4 other Qb's I would rather have 2 in the second. Chad Henne, Joe Flacco, and 2 in the 4th (Josh Johnson, Dennis Dixon)
papikaika
jwnelson33 (12/31/2007)How serious the crime is not the issue that fact that there is character issues at all is what will stop the Falcons from not only drafting him but anybody right now that has an issue due to what they went through with vick. This is all I'm really saying.Brennan does not have a character issue. The only nitch that the majority will bring up is his conviction of over-exposing himself to a girl while drunk. Obviously, that behavior shouldn`t be tolerated, but he has changed. While here at Hawaii, Brennan has grown to be a better player and person, on and off the field. When you here him talk either life or football, he is the type of person that you would want on your team (well, some of you). But, this is just my own opinion and my reply to your statement. Chris Flemming
Why does anyone think Brennan will be any good in the NFL?He's six foot nothing and plays in a scheme where my grandmother could throw 40 TDs, his stats are impressive but only because hes at Hawaii where running is apparently illegal. He will sit next year and play behind our starting QB Chris RedmanMy only quarle with Brennan is the fact that he is going to be 25 when the season starts next year and because of that I feel that he's probably as good already as he is ever going to get. Add in the fact that the guy would have to sit at least a year to learn the offense and I just don't see the his appeal
BigDaddyFalcon21
Haven't all the "system" qb's gone to pretty crappy teams?? do you think that might have a factor into the development they had? maybe if they had better coaching might have turned out better
