DavidsonFalcon
My question is, how can McKay's job NOT be in jeopardy with his recent track record in this organization? Many failed FA signings, 2 failed HC hires (although supposedly Mora was Arthur's choice), and some mediocre drafts lead right back to our GM Rich McKay. I'm not sure what Arthur's going to do, but bringing in Cowher means the end for McKay.

You mention 2 coach hirings, then quickly dismiss one as Blank's choice. That would only leave ONE head coach hiring. Detail how McKay's drafts have been mediocre, especially in comparison to the drafts before he arrived. I swear, some of you say stuff without putting much thought in to it. If you are unhappy with McKay, then give some details. Spouting generalizations you heard on the radio does not count.
snicker
Blank being friends with Mckay is the problem. Blank should realize that McKay is running this franchise into the ground. fire your friend Arthur Blank, you know it's the right decision

Peyton
I like Rich McKay, I think he is a great guy and a great GM.But he has swung and missed badly on the last 2 coach hirings. Not completely his fault, but it's all the more reason that the Falcons pull out all the stops to get the most proven commodity out there.Bill Cowher. Pertino leaving is not his falut, and this was the best draft in years. You an't draft every player to be pro bowl players. Give the guy a break
