djnowhere
I have hated Dhall most of this year for some of the stuff he's pulled. But I'll give him a break for half of the season after this interview. That was classic. I love the comment about Arkansas being nothing in the SEC. I'm glad to see him stand up for us. He said the right thing in this situation. He stuck up for Blank and Mckay. Yeah I think Mckay's gone after this incident. But still, I do applaud Dhall for taking a stand for us Atl fans on SportCenter. It makes me want to drink a little less.
scott24falcs
I know it won't happen, but I would love for Blank to lash out at him tomorrow, and call him a backstabber.
itsslomotionbaby
hall said if he saw him on the street he would ignoer him.and to think just b/c of this guys sargent carter mentality we cut grady now we have no pass rush.
stout
get real. I'm sure Petrino is shedding a tear at this moment. He is probably thanking his lucky stars, he got the **** out of ATL.

I don't like D-Hall and was looking forward to us trading him with our salary cap problems. After his interview, he is one thing ,brutally honest. Thanks for sticking up for our fans and city. I would thought I would say I rather see Petrino go and Hall stay, but I am glad Hall is on our team and the quitter left to go to a worse job than Louisville. Good luck going 10-2 or 9-3 every year. You will never get your championship BObby!Go FalconsGo Louisville!

What the classless bum needs to understand is the Falcons have fans, such as myself, who hail from Arkansas. He also has two teammates (Chris Houston and Jamaal Anderson) who played at Arkansas. If he wants to hate on Petrino, be my guess...but leave my Razorbacks out of it.

ravend
I hated DHall after his blowup at Carolina. Now I respect the **** out of him. He seems to be one of the few players who still give a ##### and who want to stick around and help rebuild the franchise. That's assuming he doesn't just say it and bolt like Petrino did but for now I'll trust his word. And props to him and Brooking for lashing out at Petrino. ##### him. terryowens_
And once again DeAngelo proves he's a POS with more mouth than heart or dignity. What a classless neanderthal. Can't cover. Can't tackle. All he does is cherrypick short INTs or let his man run behind him.

ebonymonk
Oh yeah, I guess Terrence Moore was a genius as well, because he predicted this would happen, and everyone bashed him for it. Kudos should go to Moore as well as Hall for being right in the end, since people are flip flopping negatives into kudos.

B_ELLIS24
It sounds like Petrino did the same thing to Blank that he did to the AD at Louisville: looked him square in the eye and told him a bold-faced lie! How can anyone take him seriously after this?
Johnny Bacardi
As a Kentucky resident, I thought it was interesting what Pat Forde, who covered Louisville for the duration of Petrino's tenure said- he pretty much laid it on the line and flat out said you can't believe anything he says. As a UK fan, I can tell you that Petrino's going to get the weekly beatdown he deserves for being such a gutless quitter. I just hope Kentucky can do the honors on one of those weeks.I went to the Titans game, and after watching his clueless playcalling I was hoping it would be one and done for him, but I never dreamed he'd bail before the season was over, just like he was quitting McDonald's to go work at Ponderosa or something. It's really a positive, all things considered- he was overmatched at the NFL level, and he knew it. I'll give him credit for that much anyway. And watching that beady-eyed SOB getting kissed up to at that press conference made me throw up in my mouth.Do I sound upset? rcwalters
ravend (12/12/2007)And props to him and Brooking for lashing out at Petrino. ##### him. I hope more players talk ##### about him. I'll laugh my ##### off. ##### being professional.Yeah, ##### being professional. "Being professional" would be to NOT jump ship to Arkansas. So, Petrino is a low-down piece of ##### waste of oxygen...who absolutely was the last to be called a "professional" given the way he lit out.So WHY should anybody even SUGGEST giving the man some professional respect. THAT is PRECISELY what this is all about...he has none for anybody else, ##### Petrino and ##### professionalism. Tell it like it is. Petrino doesn't deserve a cushy, sugarcoated version of his using the Falcons as his toilet paper.
