atlndvd
The man does have a history of turning train wrecks around... he's exactly the style of coach we need right now. Any chance we at least contact the guy?
SetzerFalcon
Of all the coaching suggestions, I really dislike the notion of Parcells the most. While I think Parcells is capable of turning this team around, he's a draconian coach and the last thing the Falcons locker room needs is another "my way or the highway" guy. Just my opinion. bigmildog
I am not sure how I feel about this idea. I think that Parcells is retired forever now though.

Grow a set of balls and learn to ##### listen to someone who knows more than you. Those are the coaches that find success, not the ones that let the players run rampant. When Petrino was hired I was reluctant about his being a college coach with no NFL HCing experience but I was happy that word was this was a guy who wasn't going to be everyone's best friend, ala Mora.Look what happened. Petrino never fit in and did little more than make his locker room an absolute misery for everyone involved until he finally (according to Joe Horn) lighened up a little. Parcells is even worse than Petrino in this respect. I absolutely agree that NFL players need to stop acting like a bunch of prima donnas but I also now understand more than I did that changing the environment in a locker room like ours is not something that can be done immediately with force of will. Parcells would more than likely last longer than Petrino and quite possibly fix the situation, but not before bringing the organization to the absolute brink of disaster first. We need a coach with finesse.
