How do you explain the consistent success he had no matter where he has been? Even in Washington he started turning things around before the threw him out in favor of a college coach. The guy has an eye for talent on the sidelines and on the field. Hire him as GM and let him choose the head coach. Fire that no talent azz hat McKay. He's the one who is truly over rated.
